Complete hybrid athlete programming — hybrid, strength, power, engine, tactical. For the weight room, the trail, the start line or selection. 7-day free trial. Built for people with real obligations and no spare time who stay hard anyway. A job. Kids. A business. Forty-five minutes in a garage before anyone else is up. Written by a strength coach and laid out week by week. Not a list of workouts — a plan that goes somewhere, progressing off what you actually logged. THE TRACKS Hybrid — strength and conditioning together, in the order that lets both improve. Barbell work, kettlebells, calories on the bike, running that stays real running. Strength — heavy push, pull and legs. Every muscle group twice a week, loads climbing on percentages, tested at the end. Power — learning to produce force fast. Olympic lifts and derivatives, sprint work, jumps and throws. Engine — running as the point and everything in support of it. Threshold pace, running economy, and the ability to hold pace when it stops being fun. Tactical — built around a report date. Rucking, running, strength and the durability work that keeps you in it. Or build your own and the app writes a program around your goal, your schedule and the equipment you actually have. STARTING FROM BEHIND Coming back after time off, the four-week on-ramp gets you training properly before your real program starts. Submaximal, RPE-based, no max lifts required. When it's done you go straight into day one of the track you picked. STANDARDS AND TESTS Track the numbers that matter and watch them move — squat, bench, deadlift, the mile, the ruck, work capacity. Military standards are in here too: ACFT, PFT, SFAS and RASP preparation for anyone pointed that way. WHAT YOU GET Every session logged — sets, reps, load, time, distance, calories — carried forward into the next one. A weekly debrief that reads your training and tells you what to adjust. Nutrition guidance and recipes built around the training load. Progress photos, PRs and a record book that stays yours. A community in Discord and a founder who answers. Subscription required after the trial. Monthly or annual. Consult a physician before beginning any training program. SOFReady is training preparation and does not represent undisclosed selection standards.

Do 100 pushups in 15:00 today. Do them in 14:50 next time. That's the whole app. Pick an exercise and start the clock. Get to 100 reps in as many sets as it takes. Rest whenever you need to; the clock keeps running. Your time for the whole hundred is your score, and next time, you race it. No gym. No equipment. No 10-week plan. Just your own best time, waiting to be beaten. HOW A RUN WORKS • Three seconds to get into position, then the clock starts. • Do a set, type how many reps you did, tap Log. • A rest readout counts up from your last set, so you know exactly how long you've been standing there deciding. • Hit 100 and the clock stops itself. • Your first 100 is your baseline. From then on, your fastest time is the one to beat. YOUR BEST TIME, ON SCREEN Your fastest 100 rides along as a second arc on the ring, so you can see mid-set whether you're ahead of it. Once the clock passes your best, it turns amber and tells you to keep going. Lost count? Swipe a set away, or fix the last one when you finish. CAN'T DO 100 YET? START ANYWAY Ten sets of ten is a perfectly good hundred. And if you stop short, the run still counts: your best rep count becomes the number to beat until your first full hundred sets a time. SIX EXERCISES, NO GYM Pushups, squats, pull-ups, dips, lunges and sit-ups, each with its own best time. Four need nothing but floor space; pull-ups and dips need a bar. A living room, a hotel room, the floor beside your desk: the session starts when you decide it does. STREAKS COUNTED IN WEEKS, NOT DAYS Daily streaks are how good habits die: one bad Tuesday and the number resets. In Suta, one session in a calendar week keeps the week. The days you trained are marked. The days you didn't are simply quiet. PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD, MEASURED IN SECONDS Lifters add weight. You take time off. The same 100 reps in less time is proof you got fitter, and Suta keeps the proof. • A review after every run: your time, your sets, your week, and anything you beat. • A calendar with a dot on every day you trained, all the way back to your first session. • Progress charts by month and year, in reps while you work up to 100, then in time. • Four records worth keeping: fastest 100, furthest run, longest streak, biggest set. SHARE THE GOOD ONES Turn a run into a card made for posting: your time, your sets, your streak. Set a new record and it comes in gold. Add a name if you like. NOTHING BETWEEN YOU AND THE SET • No account, no email, no profile to fill in. Install it and start. • No feed and no leaderboard. The only rival is last week's you. • Reminders are optional and set per exercise. They nudge you when you've been away, then go quiet. • Your training syncs through iCloud, so a new phone starts where the old one left off. FREE, AND NOT A TRIAL Pushups are free with no time limit: unlimited runs, the review after every session, share cards, streaks, your personal best, your full calendar and the last seven days in detail. Suta Pro adds squats, pull-ups, dips, lunges and sit-ups, your whole history in detail, and the progress charts and records. Your first 100 sets the bar. Everything after it is you against that number. Terms of Use: https://suta-app.com/terms Privacy Policy: https://suta-app.com/privacy Support: contact@suta-app.com
