About

Health Migrate

Features

Move your health history to Apple Health with confidence. Health Migrate helps you import historical health and fitness data from Fitbit, Google Health exports, CSV files, and JSON exports into Apple Health — while giving you control over exactly what gets written. REVIEW BEFORE YOU IMPORT Health data matters. Health Migrate does not simply take a file and blindly write everything it finds. Each supported import follows a guided workflow: • Load your CSV or JSON export • Analyze the records • Detect duplicates and potential issues • Review the exact records found • Select what you want to keep • Run a dry run before anything is written • Import only the approved records into Apple Health DRY RUN FIRST See what Health Migrate intends to write before committing an import. Dry Run shows which records are ready to import, which will be skipped, and why. Health Migrate 1.1 also lets you share, save, AirDrop, email, or print the full dry-run report using the standard iOS share sheet. DUPLICATE PROTECTION Health Migrate checks existing Apple Health data and applies metric-appropriate duplicate detection to help prevent the same historical records from being imported repeatedly. IMPORT HISTORICAL HEALTH DATA Supported data includes: • Weight • Body Fat Percentage • Body Mass Index (BMI) • Lean Body Mass • Height • Steps • Sleep • Distance • Heart Rate • Resting Heart Rate • VO₂ Max • Active Energy • Resting Energy • Hydration • Workouts CSV & JSON WORKFLOWS Health Migrate supports guided CSV and JSON import workflows for historical exports, including data originating from Fitbit and Google health-data exports. Built-in templates, instructions, supported-metric documentation, and troubleshooting resources help you prepare your data for import. SELECT THE RECORDS YOU WANT Review parsed records before importing and choose exactly which records should be included. Select or deselect individual records or use bulk-selection controls when working with larger histories. CLEAN UP WEIGHT HISTORY Health Migrate includes tools for analyzing weight history, previewing cleanup changes, and creating CSV backups before making changes. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your imported health history is processed on your device. Health Migrate does not require an app-specific account or login, and imported health data is not uploaded to a Health Migrate cloud service. Optional private iCloud synchronization is used only for purchase/token-accounting metadata. PAY ONLY WHEN YOU IMPORT Loading, analyzing, reviewing, and running a dry run are free. A token is used only when a completed import actually writes approved data to Apple Health. Choose token packs when you only need occasional migrations, or purchase Unlimited access for ongoing use. YOUR HISTORY. YOUR DECISION. Whether you are moving years of Fitbit history, restoring exported health records, or bringing older CSV or JSON data into Apple Health, Health Migrate gives you a controlled path from exported files to your Health database. Health Migrate requires Apple Health access for the health categories you choose to import.
