Bring any written program — your coach's spreadsheet, a creator's template, or a legendary split — into a modern tracker. Crucible turns a static spreadsheet into a live, progress-tracked training app. Most trackers make you rebuild your program by hand, tap by tap. Crucible is built around import. Point it at an .xlsx or .csv — even a messy one — and it reads your days, exercises, sets, rep ranges, and rest, fixes Excel's habit of turning "3x5" into a date, groups multi-week blocks, and drops you into a clean review before anything is saved. Running 5/3/1, nSuns, GZCLP, PPL, or PHAT? It's in the app in seconds. BUILT FOR SERIOUS LIFTERS - Spreadsheet import (.xlsx / .csv) with smart column detection and a review-before-save step - RPE / RIR effort logging, warm-up sets, and last-set techniques (drop sets, rest-pause, myo-reps) - Per-set notes, supersets, tempo, and time-based sets - Focus mode: the set you're on stays front and center; everything else folds away - A muscle heat-map of your weekly volume, so you can see what's being trained - Automatic personal-record detection (including rep PRs on bodyweight lifts) and a progressive-overload history for every lift - "Last time" recall so you always know what to beat - One-tap logging — check an untouched set to repeat your last; the rest timer starts itself and runs on your lock screen - Plate calculator — exact per-side loadout from the plates you actually own, in pounds or kilograms - Full kg support — switch lb ⇄ kg anywhere in the app WITH YOUR COACH - Link with your coach using their invite code — no new app for them, no spreadsheets for you - Their program lands in Crucible and updates in place when they change it - Film the sets they flag and send the clip straight to them - Weekly check-ins with their written reply, and timed pieces (AMRAP, EMOM, For Time) with a guided timer PLAN ON A REAL CALENDAR - Programs map onto actual calendar dates — start Day 1 on any weekday, or pick up mid-program - Drag to reorder days, add rest days, and see your week at a glance - A clear dashboard with your next workout front and center - A consistency streak and weekly-volume view that reward showing up — with optional "time to train" reminders START FAST - A library of ready-to-run program templates so you don't need a spreadsheet to begin - Switching apps? Import your Strong or Hevy workout history in one step - A full exercise library; unknown exercises from your import are created automatically - Conditioning & interval engine (Tabata, EMOM, AMRAP, rounds-for-time, run/walk) with a guided runner - Running plans — a beginner 5K and race plans on real dates, alongside your lifting YOUR DATA, YOURS - Works fully on-device — no account required - Optional free account adds cloud backup and sync across your devices - Export your entire history to CSV anytime - No ads. No selling your data. No third-party trackers. CRUCIBLE PRO Crucible is free to use. Crucible Pro unlocks spreadsheet import, cloud sync & backup, advanced analytics, unlimited programs, all-time history, full body-metrics history, and CSV export. - Monthly, Annual (best value), or one-time Lifetime - When offered, the annual plan may include a free trial; terms are shown at purchase Crucible is a fitness-tracking tool, not medical advice.
