GoldTime is a screen time management app that helps you pause before opening apps out of habit. Group the apps you tend to get lost in—social media, videos, games, and more—and choose how you want to block them. When you reach a set limit, the app is locked, prompting you to consciously decide whether to keep using it or stop. There are three blocking modes: • Daily Limit Set a daily usage limit. Your available time decreases based on how long you actually use the apps. • Scheduled Blocking Block selected apps during specific times of the day. • Cooldown Lock Use an app for a while, then have it locked so you can take a short break. When you reach your limit, the choices are simple: • Stop using the app • Use it for just 1 more minute • Watch an ad for additional time GoldTime isn’t designed to block apps unconditionally. It adds a small cost to the choice of continuing, turning mindless use into a conscious decision. Key Features • Manage up to 5 groups and 49 apps • Organize apps into custom groups such as social media, videos, and games • Daily limits, scheduled blocking, and cooldown locks • Set different daily-limit, scheduled-blocking, and cooldown rules for each day of the week • Limits that decrease based on actual app usage • Lock screen displayed when a limit is reached • Choose to stop, extend by 1 minute, or watch an ad for more time • Review usage trends with weekly and monthly records • Track ad-free days and time spent beyond your limits GoldTime’s goal isn’t to show you more ads. If you close the app without watching one, you’ve won the day. Time is gold. Don’t just spend it—make it count.

# Pause — Think Before You Enter You know that moment. You open an app without even thinking about it. Pause adds a few seconds between the impulse and the action. When you try to access an app you've chosen to block, Pause gives you a short moment to stop, reflect, and decide whether you really want to continue. ## A Different Kind of App Blocker Pause isn't designed to completely control what you can access. Instead, it creates a small moment of friction. A countdown begins. And as the seconds pass, the message changes. **10 seconds** "Wait a second." **7 seconds** "Do you really need to open this?" **5 seconds** "What were you hoping to find here?" **3 seconds** "Will this help with what you planned today?" **1 second** "Your choice." Then you can decide whether to continue. ## Make Your Pause Personal Choose the style that fits you. • Calm • Motivational • Funny • Direct With Pause Pro, create your own messages and build a countdown that speaks directly to you. For example: "Why did I block Instagram?" ↓ "I wanted to finish my work." ↓ "Is this really important?" ↓ "Think before entering." ↓ "Your choice." ## Choose What You Want to Pause Select the apps and categories you want to put behind a pause. Use Apple's Screen Time technologies to configure the apps you want Pause to manage. You stay in control of your choices. ## Create Your Schedule Choose when Pause should step in. Set schedules around: • Work • Study • Sleep • Exercise • Personal focus time Create the boundaries that make sense for your day. ## Track Your Progress See how often Pause gives you a moment to reconsider. View statistics such as: • Pause sessions • Times you entered anyway • Successful pauses • Time delayed Use the information to better understand your digital habits. ## Pause Pro Unlock the full Pause experience with: • Unlimited blocked apps • Multiple schedules • Custom countdown durations • All message packs • Custom warning messages • Custom message sequences • Advanced statistics • More personalization options Choose a monthly or annual subscription, or purchase lifetime access when available. ## Designed for Focus Pause is intentionally simple. No complicated productivity system. No endless dashboards. Just a small interruption between: **Impulse → Pause → Choice** Your attention is yours. Take a moment before you give it away. ### Privacy Pause is designed with privacy in mind. Your app selections, schedules, custom messages, and personal statistics are handled locally where possible. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
