Weighback is a quiet companion for your weight tracking. It reads your existing weight readings from Apple Health, finds the meaningful goals based on your history, and presents them as a progressing staircase of milestones you can target. Treat weight loss like a rewind in time, for you to find your "weigh" back! WHAT YOU'LL SEE • Your all-time low. Every weighback goal you've crossed, in descending order. • Today's "weighback" — the most recent date you previously weighed what you weigh right now. (If the number on the scale feels familiar, it probably is.) • Your peak weight and how far you've come from it. • A chart that zooms cleanly from a single month out to your full history, with momentum panning when you grab the timeline. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT • Your data stays on your iPhone. Weighback never sends it anywhere, never logs in, and has no account. • It doesn't ask you to weigh in. It reads what's already in Apple Health, including readings from any scale or third-party app that writes there. • The full chart goes back as far as your data does. Weighback is free with no ads. A small in-app tip supports continued development; the feature set is the same either way.

Two Plates is a strength log for the self-coached lifter. It runs your program, does the math between sets, and gets out of the way. You pay once and it is yours. LOG SETS FAST Your next set is already loaded. One tap confirms it, and effort chips like @8 sit right on the keypad. RPE or RIR, your call. Rest timers run themselves. Logging is built to keep up with you mid set, not the other way around. YOUR PROGRAM RUNS ITSELF 5/3/1, GZCLP, nSuns and co. ship built in with their published progression rules. Build your own program, or paste one from any AI chat, even the exercises your physical therapist handed you, and it lands as a real program with working progression. Every weight change comes with its reason in plain language, and the app shows its work. PLATE MATH, PER SIDE Tell it the bars and plates you actually own and every set comes with what to load, per side even on the Apple Watch. Plate loaded machines too. APPLE WATCH The Apple Watch app runs the whole session from your wrist. Confirm sets, see what's next, finish your workout without touching your phone. THE LOG IS YOURS Import your history from Strong or Hevy CSV. Export everything, any time. Sync is iCloud, there is no account to create, and your training data never touches our servers. PAY ONCE Everything you need to log is free, forever. One purchase unlocks the parts that plan and analyze for you: programs that progress themselves, check-ins that update your plan, and the deeper look at your training. No subscription. Set for life.
