Hospital Security

You hold the gate to a busy hospital. Patients, visitors, and the desperate line up โ and you decide who passes, who waits, and who is turned away. Read each case, inspect papers, question their story, search the suspicious. Triage by need (Red / Yellow / Green), stop threats before they reach the ward, and obey the day's strict Rule โ even when it conflicts with your gut. The pressure rises with every mistake. So do the consequences: the patient you turned away may collapse at the door; the threat you waved through may breach the ward. Faces come back. They remember what you did. Features - Tense two-station gatekeeping: security screening + medical triage - 80+ hand-written cases, recurring characters, and a day-end colleague report - A daily "Rule of the Day", shift mutators, and security incidents to handle - Choose perks between shifts; survive a 7-day campaign - Endless Daily Challenge + local leaderboards + achievements - Landscape play, full accessibility (text scaling, colorblind, reduced motion, haptics) - Plays fully offline ยท 9 languages Who gets in? Who waits? Who do you turn away?
MANDATE
Read full descriptionHide full description
MANDATE is a realist, hard-edged government simulation. Choose a nation, take office, and try to keep your mandate while the economy, approval, and stability tend to erode. - 3D globe to pick a playable nation - Cabinet with budgets, programs, and a bulletin - Crises and fiscal pressure that actually bite - Mandates up to 24 months (12 in the demo) UI chrome is available in many languages; event and program copy may still fall back to English or Italian depending on locale. The books matter: deficits and surpluses move debt, inflation, and approval. It is not unwinnable - on easier difficulties, governing well yields a clear victory - but without constant course corrections the system drifts worse on its own.

Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: MANDATE at none against Hospital Security's shown. Hospital Security's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 3 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
