Most macro trackers make you search a food database, sit through ads and create an account before you can log a single meal. Only Macros doesn't. Type your carbs, protein and fat. Tap add. Your totals and calories update instantly. That's the point: logging fast enough that you actually keep doing it, every meal, every day. The macros you don't log are the ones you can't adjust. SCAN A LABEL Point your camera at a nutrition facts label. Only Macros reads the carbs, protein and fat, multiplies them by however many servings you had, and adds them to today — or to any day you forgot. The label is read on your phone, and the photo is never kept. SAVED FOODS Keep the foods you eat every week. Pick one under the macro fields, set the servings, tap add. Your usual breakfast takes two taps. YOUR HISTORY AT A GLANCE A calendar shows every day's macros and calories, with your monthly average. Missed a day or got one wrong? Fill it in or fix it later. RUNNER FUELING Training for a race? Get daily calorie and macro targets that move with your mileage — more carbs on long-run and workout days — built on published sports-nutrition research. Connect Apple Health and each day fills in with how far you actually ran, from Apple Watch or any app that saves runs to Health; or scroll to the miles yourself. It won't set a calorie deficit when there are warning signs of under-fuelling. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No ads. No tracking. No subscription. The app has no server to send anything to: your log never leaves your phone, and its App Store privacy label reads "Data Not Collected." Built for people who already know their numbers — lifters, runners, flexible dieters, and anyone following macros from a coach.
