Your tasks and your calendar on ONE timeline. In Apical, your to-dos, your appointments and the events from your Gmail or Outlook calendar sit in the same day view. Things at the same time are shown side by side, and an event that overlaps another is flagged โ€” so you see a double-booking while there is still time to move one. You are not disorganised. You are holding six apps in your head. One app for the to-do list. A calendar that has never heard of it. Notes somewhere else, mail in a fourth place, then groceries, workouts, the weather, the news. Eight logins, eight sets of notifications, a bill for each โ€” and the thing you needed was still in the app you did not open. Apical is the one place all of it lives. Open it and today is already there: what you have to do, where you have to be, what came in overnight, what the sky is doing. No account needed to start. WHY IT FEELS DIFFERENT Tick a task off from a Home Screen widget without opening the app. Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and IMAP arrive in the same place you plan your day, so mail stops being a separate errand. Give a task a place and it can remind you when you arrive, not just at a set time. FREE, AND NOT A TRAP The planner, notes, mail, weather, an alarm clock and your home screen are free, with no account required โ€” 15 tasks a day, 3 notes and 1 mailbox, with two-way calendar sync for Gmail and Outlook. Enough to run a week on before you decide anything. LIVE WELL โ€” the life around the work Unlimited tasks, appointments and notes. Write by hand anywhere on a note's page, with a finger or Apple Pencil, plus folders and files that sit inside the note. Steps, workouts, water and heart data in one view, synced with Apple Health and tracked live on your wrist. Serenity for the end of the day: sleep sounds with a sleep timer, guided breathing and relaxation, and a sleep tracker that charts your nights. Suggested wake-up times that fit your day, and the full library of alarm sounds. Grocery reminders that fire when you are NEAR THE SHOP, not at 9am when you are nowhere near one. A news feed that refuses ad and tracker scripts before the page loads. No ad banners, ever. Your day synced across iPhone, iPad and the web. POWER โ€” the inbox, and the thinking Up to ten mail accounts in one inbox. AI that sums up the emails you pick, up to eight at a time, every point linked to the message it came from, and reads it aloud if you like. Describe your week in plain words and get tasks and events you can accept in one tap, or ask it to change one you already have. Photograph a recipe, pick the ingredients you need, and they land on your grocery list. Share a list, a note or a calendar with the people it actually involves โ€” they can join with a free account. ONE PLAN INSTEAD OF FIVE Paid for separately, a to-do app, a calendar app, a notes app, a grocery app and a health tracker are five subscriptions for five slices of one life. Live Well covers all five. The rest can go. Start free. Give it a week. The first month of either plan is on us. About

KEPT save any post

Features

Save any post from any app, and keep it after the original is gone. KEPT saves a private snapshot, the text and the picture, of whatever you share to it. That restaurant from Threads, that workout from Instagram, that article for later: still there in six months, even if the author deletes it. โ€ข Works with Threads, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp, RED and Safari. Some platforms restrict what can be read from a post, so on those KEPT may save only part of it (details below) โ€ข Sorts itself into 16 topics, on your phone โ€ข Your notes, your collections, and search that finds what you only half remember โ€ข No KEPT account, no KEPT server storing your posts, no tracking โ€ข Free for your first 30 saves HOW IT WORKS Tap Share in any app and choose KEPT. That's it. KEPT saves a snapshot โ€” the text and the picture โ€” onto your phone. Not a link that rots. When the author deletes the post six months later, or makes their account private, your copy is still there. IT SORTS ITSELF Everything lands in one timeline, newest first, the way you already read. KEPT also reads what you saved and files it under 16 topics โ€” food, travel, fitness, tech, money, design, home, pets and more. That happens on your phone, by looking at the words. Nothing is uploaded to do it, and you can change any topic by hand. Add your own note to anything. Why you kept it, what it reminded you of. Your notes are searchable with everything else, and they sit with the thing they belong to. Group related things into collections. Places to eat. Ideas for the flat. Things to buy. PRIVATE BY DESIGN There is no KEPT account. There is no KEPT server that stores your posts. There are no analytics and no crash reports. Your saves live on your phone. The only time KEPT goes online by itself is when it fetches a snapshot, and then your phone asks that website for the link directly โ€” exactly as if you had opened it yourself. Nobody sits in between. KEPT Pro uses your own iCloud, through Apple. iCloud sync and backup go to your iCloud account and nowhere else. The web version at keptsave.com reads your saves from your iCloud when you sign in with your Apple ID, or from an encrypted copy your phone sends through iCloud when you scan its QR code. Only your browser can open that copy, and KEPT keeps nothing on a server of its own. That also means no sign-up, and no KEPT account database that could leak. FREE, OR KEPT PRO The first 30 things you save are free, with snapshots, topics, notes, collections, search and export. KEPT Pro adds iCloud sync between your iPhone and iPad, an iCloud backup in case you lose your phone, unlimited saving, and the web version at keptsave.com. Pay once for good, or subscribe yearly. Either way it's the same Pro. If you decide not to pay, nothing is taken away. Everything you already saved stays readable, searchable and exportable, forever. THIRTEEN LANGUAGES English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. KEPT follows your phone unless you pick a different one. ABOUT VIDEO A video file you share straight to KEPT is stored whole on your phone. A video behind a link is only downloaded where that platform's terms allow it โ€” public Telegram channels and ordinary web pages. YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, X, RED and Reddit do not allow offline copies, so for those KEPT keeps the title, the thumbnail and the link. WHEN A SNAPSHOT FAILS Some pages need a login. When KEPT cannot reach the original, it keeps the link and the text you shared anyway, marks the item, and you can try again later. Nothing is ever lost because a fetch failed. YOUR COPY, YOUR FILES Export everything to a zip whenever you like โ€” items, notes, tags, collections and every picture and video, in one file you keep yourself. Import reads it back and only fills in what is missing, so an old backup never undoes today's work.
