Most apps compete for your focus. FocusFirst helps you reclaim it. Instead of relying on willpower alone, FocusFirst helps you build healthy boundaries around the apps that pull you off course. Block the distractions that interrupt your momentum, focus on something meaningful, and earn time back as you make progress. It’s a simple idea, but it changes the feeling of using your phone: - less mindless checking - less guilt - less friction when you want to stay on track - more momentum toward the work, habits, and routines you care about FocusFirst is built for people who want a calmer, more deliberate relationship with their phone. Not punishment. Not shame. Just a clearer way to stay aligned with your priorities. Focus first. Scroll later. Stop scrolling in bed. Solys is the app blocker that starts when your alarm rings: the apps you choose stay paused, so the first minutes of your day belong to you, not your feeds. You know the pattern. The alarm goes off, you reach for your phone, and one quick check turns into half an hour of doomscrolling. Solys breaks that loop right where it starts. MAKE MORNINGS YOURS • Set your alarm and choose the apps you want to pause: social media or any other app. • When the alarm rings, they stay paused for 30, 45, or 60 minutes. You pick the length. • Add an optional evening curfew so the same apps rest at night, too. • Set a daily intention and see your protected mornings in a weekly view. • Use the in-app emergency unlock when you truly need access. WHO IT’S FOR Anyone who wants to stop doomscrolling, cut down on screen time in bed, or start each day with a dopamine detox, without deleting a single app. HOW IT WORKS Solys uses Apple’s Screen Time permission to pause the apps you select. Apps you do not select remain available. Blocking depends on the permissions you grant on your iPhone. YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE In Settings, you decide whether Solys shares usage statistics. SUBSCRIPTION An active subscription is required after the demo. The price, billing period, any eligible trial, and first payment date are shown before purchase. Apple handles payment. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
