HealMen vs Engine Lab

Healmen is a training app for men. Not meditation. Not a mood tracker. Training for the moments that keep going wrong: the argument you lose the same way every time, the silence when she asks what is wrong, the blow-up over nothing, the date that goes nowhere, the kid you snap at. The first training app made only for men. Every lesson is written for a man: his words, his situations, his way of shutting down or firing up. Nothing is adapted from a wellness app. What it solves • You go quiet when it matters and the people close to you read it as distance. • You get angry before you know what you actually feel. • You say the sharp thing and spend the night regretting it. • You know the pattern, you just cannot change it in the moment. How the training works Find your pattern. A few honest questions, answered with a swipe or a tap. You get a name for what keeps happening and the two disciplines to start with. Train the moment. Every lesson is a short deck of cards: a real situation, you predict what happens, you choose, you see why. Then one action for today, in real life, not in your head. Repeat daily. One lesson, one task, one breath. Ten minutes. 263 lessons in 15 disciplines Anger, conflict, communication, boundaries, reading the room, dark patterns, shadow work, attachment, dating, partnership, fatherhood, friendship, the body, purpose, the digital world. Every day • Today's lesson, today's task and a few minutes of breath on one screen • Journal on paper: guided ten-minute sessions, from your first page to the letter you never send • Breathe: paced breathing for the moment it gets loud • Your progress per discipline Your partner in the lessons She or he. Chosen once, kept on your phone. Start free Two lessons are free, and your first three lessons open everything. Healmen Pro Every lesson, every course, every quiz. Monthly €5.99 or yearly €39.99. New subscribers get the first 3 days free. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Build an engine and hear it run. Engine Lab is a touch-first engine simulator: design anything from a single to a V12, then hear it idle, rev and pull to the limiter, live on your iPhone or iPad. BUILD BENCH • Set the layout, 1 to 12 cylinders, bore, stroke, firing order and redline. • Hear each change as you make it, and hold to rev. • Try different headers, exhausts and mufflers. • Compare against a saved version by ear or on the dyno. SEE IT IN 3D • Every engine, including your own builds, becomes a 3D model driven by the live simulation: pistons, crank, cams, valves and glowing headers. • Orbit, zoom, slow it down, switch between X-ray and solid, and tap any part for live readings. The classic 2D cutaway is one tap away. DRIVE IT • Manual or automatic gearbox with clutch and road speed, plus a gearing chart with top speed in each gear. • Simulated dyno pulls with torque and power curves. • Six built-in engines: Honda B18C5 VTEC, Honda TRX520 single, BMW M52B28, Toyota 2JZ, Audi 2.3 inline-5 and GM LS V8. IMPORT AND SHARE • Import engine-sim .mr scripts and share your builds as .mr files. • Export a WAV recorded by the on-device simulator. No account, network service or microphone permission is required. An optional one-time Pro purchase unlocks advanced tuning and unlimited saved builds; the free plan keeps three. Values are simulated estimates for exploration, not certified engineering measurements.
