SAGE, YOUR AI READING COMPANION Ask about a passage, a character, or a theme. Sage answers in context — grounded in the exact book you're reading, not the open web. DISCUSS IN THE MARGINS See what other readers thought, chapter by chapter, and add your own take — all without leaving the page. BRING YOUR OWN BOOKS Import your own EPUBs, connect a Calibre or OPDS catalog, or start from a built-in library of free classics. Your shelf, your way. Quillet is made for readers who want a calm, focused place to read — with a little intelligence and conversation whenever you want it.

diple.

Features

diple is a reading room, not a feed. Open a book and start reading. No recommendations, streaks, social features, or anything else competing for your attention. The reader is deliberately quiet. Adjust the type size, margins, line spacing, paper tone and accent color until the page feels right. EPUBs, PDFs and saved articles all live in the same library, and diple always remembers exactly where you stopped. READ • Open EPUB and PDF files from Files, iCloud Drive, or the share sheet • Paste a link to turn an article into a clean reading view • Adjust type size, margins and line spacing • Choose from four paper tones, including true black • Read with Atkinson Hyperlegible or OpenDyslexic, included with the app • Pick from five accent themes, each with its own Home Screen icon MARK • Highlight any passage in one tap • Add a note directly beside the text that prompted it • Keep bookmarks for pages you want to return to • Jump through the chapter outline • Search the full text of a book REMEMBER Highlights in diple aren't a dead archive. Browse them by book or across your whole library. Turn a passage into a proper note with Markdown, links, tags, tasks and math. Search books, highlights and notes from one place. Second Read gives you a way back into what you've already read: the passages you marked, the notes you made, and the ideas worth seeing again. If you want, diple can also resurface one old highlight each day. YOURS Your library belongs to you. • No account and no sign-up • No developer-operated server • No ads • No tracking • No analytics SDKs • No reading history sent anywhere iCloud sync is optional and disabled by default. If you enable it, your library is stored only in your private iCloud account. The developer cannot access it. You can export your entire library — books, highlights and notes — as a single JSON file at any time. diple is completely free. No subscription, paid tier, or in-app purchases. It's also open source, so you don't have to take the privacy claims on trust. diple. Read. Mark. Remember.
