Key features: • Visual Muscle Map See the status of 14 major muscle groups across your chest, back, shoulders, arms, core, glutes, and legs. • Structured Training Plans Choose plans based on your goal, experience level, and training setup, including beginner full-body training, push pull legs, dumbbell hypertrophy, fat loss, and bodyweight workouts. • Exercise Library Browse strength exercises with target muscles, step-by-step instructions, common mistakes, recommended sets, and alternatives. • Workout Logging Track weight, reps, RPE, completed sets, and workout duration. During a session, Muscle Map shows which muscles you are training in real time. • Recovery and Progress Insights Review muscle intensity, recovery status, weekly progress, training volume, muscle coverage, and personal records. • Built for Different Training Setups Use Muscle Map at the gym, at home with dumbbells, or with bodyweight-only workouts. Read full description

Ask a Page is a small book that answers you. Choose a chapter if you like — Love, Work, Study or Self — then write your question, say it, or simply keep it in mind. Push the cover open with your finger, and the book falls open to a single line printed on paper. The book doesn’t decide for you, and it doesn’t predict anything. Each line is a pause: a small nudge, a gentler way to look, a reason to wait. Often the answer you notice is your own. A PAGE IN THE LIGHT OF THE MOMENT • The light in the room follows the time of day — dawn, day, dusk and night, with a desk lamp and a moonlit window after dark. • Wind, rain, a storm, snow: the weather changes from day to day, made right on your phone. • 156 original lines written for this book: the whole book, plus four chapters. KEEP WHAT MATTERS • Keep a page, and note how it felt and what you’d answer yourself — in the margin, like notes in a real book. • Days later, come back to it. The screen returns to the light of that day, and you can add what you think now. • Share a page as a quiet card, only when you choose to. MAKE IT YOUR BOOK • Seven jackets and papers, all included. • A bookplate on the flyleaf, with your name. QUIET BY DESIGN • Free for the first three days you open the book, as many pages as you like. After that, unlock the whole book once: no subscription, no ads, no limit on pages. • No account. Everything stays on this iPhone. Hold-to-speak turns your voice into text on the device and never saves or uploads it. • Back up your pages to a file and bring them to a new phone. In English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, German, Korean, Spanish, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian and Arabic. Ask a Page is for reflection, not advice, and isn’t a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial help. If a question touches on life and death, the book won’t turn a page; it shows where to find someone to talk to.
