Generate an ascending, descending or pyramid interval workout with optional rest, preparation and cooldown, then save the full timeline as an editable workout. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Session Ladder from Home. Choose a shape, number of levels, first work interval and per-level increment. 2. Add optional rest and bookends. Review the complete timeline and total duration before saving. 3. Save as an editable workout, review the plan and use the existing workout runner when ready. Existing workout editing, interval running, history and settings remain available. Generated intervals are stored together in a single transaction, preserving their order and exact durations. WHAT TO KNOW Up to 12 levels and two hours total. A pyramid includes its peak once. Zero-length optional stages are omitted. Rest after the final work stage is optional. The generated workout is a timer plan, not a prescribed exercise program. iPhone and iPad.

About

Cubby Baby Tracker

Features

Cubby is the baby tracker for the 3am version of you. Every other tracker is bright, pastel and built for daylight. Cubby is dark by default, because the job happens in a blacked-out nursery with one hand free. No account. No sign-up. No email. No ads. Open it, log the feed, and go back to bed. ONE DIAL FOR THE WHOLE DAY Cubby draws your baby's day as a 24-hour clock. Sleep shows as arcs, feeds as spokes, changes as pips on the rim. One look tells you what kind of night that was โ€” something no list of rows has ever managed. IT LEARNS WHEN THE NAP IS COMING Cubby measures your baby's actual wake windows and tells you when the next nap is likely, with an honest window rather than false precision. Until there's enough history it falls back to age guidance and says so. Most trackers put nap prediction behind a monthly plan; Cubby has no subscription at all. IT ALSO LEARNS THE FEEDS Next feed predicted from the median gap between recent feeds. FAST WHEN YOU'RE WRECKED โ€ข One tap starts and stops the sleep timer โ€ข Two taps log a bottle, a nursing session or a diaper โ€ข Big targets, tabular numerals, no hunting TRACK EVERYTHING THAT MATTERS Bottles, nursing timers per side, solids, sleep, diapers, pumping, weight, length, head circumference, temperature and medicines. MILESTONES AND SHOTS CDC milestone checklists by age and the routine childhood immunisation schedule, ticked off as you go. Most trackers skip both entirely. REAL WHO GROWTH CENTILES Weight, length and head plotted against the actual WHO Child Growth Standards โ€” 3rd to 97th centile bands with the median through the middle, and your baby's centile named beside each reading. Built from WHO's own published tables, not an approximation. TWINS WELCOME Each baby gets their own log; switch with a tap. REMINDERS, ON DEVICE Optional nudges when a feed is likely due or the nap window opens. Scheduled on your iPhone โ€” no push server involved. BUILT BY ONE PERSON I built Cubby in a year when AI finally made something like this achievable alone โ€” then kept building whatever parents asked for. No team, no investors, and no roadmap written by anyone but the people using it. And no subscription: logging your own baby's nights shouldn't cost a monthly fee. YOUR LOG STAYS YOURS Every feed, sleep and diaper you log stays on your iPhone โ€” export the whole log whenever your pediatrician asks. No tracking of you across other companies' apps or websites, and nothing shared with data brokers. TELL ME WHAT TO BUILD See something in another baby tracker that you wish this one had? Email mark@vibecode.review. I read every message and I build what people actually ask for โ€” that is how most of this app got here. Cubby describes what you logged and estimates from your own data. It is not medical advice. Growth centiles come from the WHO Child Growth Standards and are there for context, not diagnosis โ€” always talk to your pediatrician about anything that worries you.
