New: Progress Pics. Front, side and back on the same mark every time. Encrypted on your iPhone, synced only through your own iCloud, never on our servers. Reps is the workout tracker for every Apple screen — iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV. Most trackers make you fight a spreadsheet mid-set. Reps keeps the workout view quiet: plan the session, log each set in two taps, and let the progression engine decide what's next. THE PROGRESSION ENGINE Reps ships the actual math other apps hide behind "add weight when it feels easy": double progression, effort gates, comeback ramps after time off, and stall resets after three failed sessions. You always know why the next session asks what it asks. EVERY APPLE SCREEN • iPhone: plan, log, review — the whole gym flow • Apple Watch: your day's sets on your wrist, logged in a tap • Apple TV: your session on the living-room screen while you train, plus an optional viewer for your progress photos • iPad + Mac: review progress, adjust the plan • Widgets: today's session at a glance • Dynamic Island + Lock Screen: your rest timer without unlocking PROGRESS PICS Stand on the mark, line up with the ghost of your last photo, and a hands-free shutter takes the shot. Front, side and back, lined up month after month. Reps encrypts your photos on your iPhone and keeps the vault behind Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. Optional sync stores them in your private iCloud database, protected by Apple's encryption: sync never sends a photo to our servers, and Reps never adds one to your Photos library on its own. Keep them on this iPhone only if you prefer. Turn on Show on Apple TV and an Apple TV on the same iCloud account shows them too, you against a blurred backdrop: hold Select to reveal, press Back or Menu to hide. The TV cannot take photos or change your iCloud originals. PRIVACY, PLAINLY Your workout log is stored on your devices and can sync through your own iCloud account; progress photos sync only when you turn that on. Reps has no sign-in and no ads, and no photo ever goes to our servers. Erase all progress photos removes them from this iPhone and asks iCloud to delete its copy, once you type ERASE to confirm; if iCloud is unreachable, that part finishes when it is back. BUILT TO STAY OUT OF YOUR WAY • Two-tap set logging, effort ratings when you want them • Apple Health integration — lift days in context • Antagonist paired-set support for superset training • No Reps account and no ads. Cloud AI planning sends training context to your selected provider when you request a plan. FOR THE TERMINAL PEOPLE Reps ships an MCP server and a CLI — ask your training log questions from Claude or your own tools. REPS PRO Your first 3 workouts are on us. From there, Reps Pro adds AI planning hosted by Reps — a subscription. Everything else in Reps stays free. AI planning, hosted by Reps — no API key needed. Ask for any program; the plan adapts as you train. Everything else in Reps is free. US$7.99/month or US$49.99/year, local pricing shown in the app, auto-renewable. Payment charged to your Apple Account; renews unless canceled 24h before period end; manage in Account settings. Badger is a training journal for lifters. Log your sets fast, run your program, and watch your strength climb. No account, no subscription, no ads, and it works fully offline. Your training data lives on your phone and stays yours. LOG WORKOUTS FAST Weight, reps, RPE and RIR in a couple of taps. Rest timer with per-exercise times, warm-up sets, supersets, per-set comments, and a plate calculator one tap away. Weight in kg and lbs, per exercise if you want. A TIMER THAT TALKS YOU THROUGH THE SET For planks, holds and carries, the set timer counts you in, warns you at 30 and 10 seconds, and calls out the time as it runs down. Pick a female or male voice, or turn it off. A running set shows on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island, and keeps speaking with the screen off. START TRAINING TOMORROW Proven programs are already in the app, with their progression written in: StrongLifts 5x5, Starting Strength, GZCLP, 5/3/1 Boring But Big, nSuns 531LP, Madcow 5x5, Push/Pull/Legs and Upper/Lower. Pick one and train, or build your own from scratch. RUN YOUR PROGRAM Build routines with multiple days, rep ranges, and predefined sets. A slot can carry a progression rule, written as a sentence you read: all sets met, add 2.5 kg; missed three sessions in a row, drop 10%. Every number in it is a chip you can tap. Badger keeps a training max per lift, prescribes sets as a percentage of it, and can run a day as a cycle of weeks, so 5/3/1 is written once instead of four times. The weight it proposes already accounts for your plates, your bar and your machines' real steps, and you can type your own over it. A/B rotation, scheduled days, alternatives for busy equipment, deload and plateau detection are all there and all optional. TRACK PROGRESS AND PRS Automatic personal records for every exercise type, not just weight and reps. Strength graphs, weekly volume by muscle group, a training heatmap, and a muscle coverage map. OPTIONAL APPLE HEALTH SYNC Optional Apple Health sync, off by default: save finished workouts to Health as strength training sessions, bring weigh-ins from your smart scale into the body tracker, and see an end-of-set heart rate on every logged set, from a watch that saves heart rate to Apple Health, with effort trends per exercise. Each is its own switch, and your data never leaves your phone. EVERY GYM, EVERY MACHINE Track the gyms you train at and the machines in them. Machine-scoped history, PRs, and setup notes, so the numbers you see match the equipment in front of you. SHARE WHAT YOU DID A finished workout shares as a card Badger draws for it: the date, your hero number, a line per exercise, in your own theme and accent. A routine shares either as a picture or as a file that carries the whole program, rules and percentages included. Your gym's name and your weights stay off unless you turn them on for that one share. YOUR DATA IS YOURS Import your history from FitNotes, Strong, Hevy, or StrongLifts. Export everything to CSV anytime. Your log backs itself up to your own iCloud, with an optional Google Drive copy for moving to another phone. Everything in Badger today is free, with no caps on routines or history. If paid extras ever appear, they will be new things. A feature you already rely on will not be taken away and sold back to you. BUILT LIKE A JOURNAL A clean field-journal design with light and dark themes and your choice of accent color. 350+ exercises with illustrations and technique notes, plus your own custom exercises, categories, and equipment. No account required. No subscription. No ads. Works offline.
