Build a staged cadence session with optional audible cues, track active stage time and keep an honest record of completed or shortened sessions. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Sessions, name a plan and set each stage’s duration and target steps per minute. 2. Start the session. Turn audible cues on when useful and pause as needed. Leaving the foreground pauses the session. 3. Finish or end early, add an outcome note, save the actual stage timing and share the report. Existing run tracking, history and tools remain available. Cadence Sessions works independently of motion permission and preserves the configured plan alongside actual elapsed stage time. WHAT TO KNOW Target cadence is a cue, not a measured step count or exercise prescription. Use Run for sensor measurements. Up to 12 stages, 10 repeats and three hours per session. Audible cues stop when paused. Keep up to 50 plans and 200 results. iPhone and iPad.

Learn slacklining one skill at a time. Slackline Skill Tree turns slackline progression into an interactive visual tree. Start with your first balance, build confidence walking the line, then branch into the skills and styles that interest you. See what to practice next, understand how skills connect, and keep track of everything you've mastered. EXPLORE YOUR SKILL TREE Follow a visual tree of connected slackline skills and prerequisites. Skills unlock as you progress, giving you a clear path from beginner fundamentals toward more challenging techniques. Your current progression stays at the center of the experience, so opening the app brings you back to where you left off. CHOOSE YOUR OWN PATH Slacklining can develop in many directions. Explore branches covering: • Balance and fundamentals • Walking and line control • Static tricks and poses • Slackline yoga • Strength and arm balances • Mounts and remounts • Flow and transitions • Surfing • Dynamic and trickline skills • Longlining • Rodeoline • Waterlining • Highlining • Freestyle highlining • Sensory challenges • Rigging and safety • Advanced mastery challenges Skills can connect across multiple disciplines, making it easy to see how the techniques you learn open up new possibilities. LEARN NEW SKILLS Open a skill to see its difficulty, prerequisites, progression and learning information. Skill guides can include: • Clear goals • Step-by-step technique • Practice targets • Helpful tips • Common mistakes • Safety notes • Related skills • What the skill unlocks next From your first stand to static poses, L-sits, surfing, longer lines and advanced disciplines, the tree gives you somewhere to keep progressing. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS Mark skills as Practicing while you're working on them and Mastered when you're confident you've achieved them. Different skills can have appropriate goals such as holding a position for a certain time, walking a distance, completing repetitions or successfully performing a technique. Your progress makes the skill tree your own. PRACTICE AHEAD Progression should guide you, not restrict you. Turn on Unlock All Skills when you want to explore techniques beyond your current level. You can practice advanced skills freely while the tree still remembers your natural progression and incomplete prerequisites. MADE FOR THE LINE Use Slackline Skill Tree as a companion during your sessions or explore the tree beforehand to decide what you want to practice next. Whether you're taking your first steps, learning static positions, improving your surf, experimenting with slackline yoga, working toward longer lines or exploring highlining, there's always another branch to discover. LIGHT & DARK MODE A carefully designed light and dark interface keeps the skill tree clear outdoors, indoors, day or night. Distinct category colors make different slackline disciplines easy to recognize without filling the interface with unnecessary text. FIND YOUR NEXT SKILL Slacklining doesn't have one correct progression. Build your fundamentals, choose the branches that interest you and keep expanding what you can do on the line.
