Impulso turns your daily walk into a game. The pace you need to reach your next division, keep your streak alive, and climb from Bronze to Diamond based on your activity over a rolling 30 days. Your steps sync automatically from Apple Health. There is no subscription. Every comp, division and feature is unlocked for everyone. SKILL BASED COMPS It's simple. Most steps wins. Comps run on recorded effort and verified results. No luck, no wagers. Winners receive fixed giveaways funded by Impulso. THERE IS ALWAYS A COMP ON - One day comps every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. They run 6am to midnight and it is winner takes all. Entry opens 8am the day before. - Week long step comps, running Saturday to Friday, shared across the top three. - Team vs Team on the alternating weeks. Team up, combine your steps, and the winning team splits it. You can be in up to three comps at the same time. HOW IT WORKS - Hit your division goal. We set the pace to your next division and lift it as you climb. - Keep your streak. You start with three freezes, and a freeze covers the odd day off so a missed day pauses your streak instead of resetting it. - Climb the divisions. Stay active across 30 days to reach Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Higher divisions unlock bigger giveaway comps. - Win comps. When a comp opens you get a window to enter, then it's most steps wins. TEAM COMPS - Build a team and go head to head with other teams on combined steps. - See every team's standings, and tap a team to see each member's step count. - Invite teammates straight from the app by searching their name. YOUR PROFILE See your full step history in one place. Track your daily average this month against last month, your lifetime steps, your best day and your current streak. Add a profile photo to make your account your own. PRIVACY & FAIRNESS - Step data is read from Apple Health (read-only) and is never shared with third parties. - All scoring and results are computed server side and verified before any payout. - Every comp needs a minimum number of entrants to go ahead. If it doesn't reach that before entry closes the comp is cancelled and everyone is told, so nothing is ever won by default. - Giveaways are skill based, fixed amounts funded by Impulso, awarded on verified performance. Subject to eligibility, identity verification, regional availability and the challenge terms. Lace up, hit your goal, and climb the divisions. About

Zazen Bells

Features

Zen Timer is a minimal sitting timer for people who already know how they want to sit. One bell begins the session. One bell ends it. There are no guided courses, no login, no social feed, and no monthly subscription. Choose 1 to 120 minutes on a simple wheel, or switch to the open-ended infinity mode. A quiet preparation countdown can run before the first bell. While you sit, the screen dims and keeps the interface calm. Background audio and local notifications work together so interval and ending bells can still reach you when the phone is locked. Four synthesized tones are included: rin, deep bell, mokugyo, and temple bell. The app does not include third-party audio recordings. Interval bells can ring at fixed spacing, such as every 5 minutes, or at exact moments you choose. Sessions are logged locally with duration and date. Totals, weekly time, current streak, longest streak, and a small monthly calendar help you review your practice. The timer, all four tones, custom interval points, and the entire history are available without any purchase. Nothing here is locked behind a paywall. This app is only a timing tool for zazen and meditation. It does not provide medical, therapeutic, or counseling advice. Sitting records and settings stay on your device, and no account is required. The app does not send those records or settings to a developer server. A small banner ad sits at the bottom of the timer screen. No ad is ever shown while you are sitting, and there are no full-screen ads. The app uses Google Mobile Ads to request ads and User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage consent. Depending on consent and the system tracking permission, the advertising SDK may process device identifiers and related technical advertising data. A one-time purchase removes the banner for good. If you decline tracking, the app requests non-personalized ads. See the privacy policy for details.
