About

NeverLate

NeverLate is designed for how ADHD brains actually work, so you can stop guessing, stop rushing, and stop feeling overwhelmed and lost. Most apps give you a list of tasks and a pile of reminders. NeverLate gives you something completely different: a clear picture of your day, from now until you're done. 1) BUILT TO AVOID OVERWHELM No blank calendar to fill. No dragging blocks around a 16-hour day. Just type a task, set how long it takes, and your Timeline builds itself. Reorder with a tap. That's it. The whole app is made to be calm, visual, and effortless to use. 2) SEE YOUR FREE TIME, NOT JUST YOUR TASKS A Timeline isn't a to-do list, it's a picture of your future. Your free time shows up as a real, visible slot, and we even remind you when it arrives. Finally feel like you have room to breathe. 3) FEEL TIME PASSING This is the part no other app does. Tasks change style as time moves, so you can actually feel your day progressing, not just read a static list. A live countdown on your Lock Screen keeps you aware of time without ever unlocking your phone. 4) REUSE YOUR DAY IN ONE TAP Even opening an app and planning can feel like climbing a mountain. So once you build a day you like, save it as a Template and bring it back instantly, or set it to repeat across the days you choose for weeks at a time. Plan once, then stop having to start over. 5) STOP GUESSING HOW LONG THINGS TAKE No more realizing too late that something took way longer than planned. Time any task once, save it, and reuse that real duration in every future Timeline. Your plans finally match reality. 6) A TO-DO DUMP THAT ACTUALLY HELPS Get every task out of your head before it piles up. Sort everything by priority with a single tap for instant visual clarity, then pull any item straight into your next Timeline. 7) SMART DEADLINES YOU WON'T MISS Set a deadline and let NeverLate carry it for you, with multiple customizable reminders and a banner on your home screen starting the day before. NeverLate Premium subscription: โ€ข Monthly plan โ€” $7.99/month (USD; price varies by region), with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. โ€ข Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. โ€ข Auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. โ€ข Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. You look up and forty minutes are gone. Or you're certain you worked for an hour when twelve minutes went by. Losing your grip on time has a name, and it's one of the most exhausting parts of daily life when focus doesn't come easily. Most apps answer this with a timer that rings. Focus starts somewhere else: making you able to feel time yourself. START WITH TIME The first exercise, Time Blind, asks you to reproduce a duration with no reference at all โ€” no clock, no countdown. You see the gap between the time you think passed and the time that actually did. It's uncomfortable the first time. It's also the most useful measurement you'll get about yourself. EIGHT MORE EXERCISES, EACH WITH A TARGET Keeping a rhythm with no cues, impulse control, acting fast or holding back, visual scanning, attention to detail, spatial memory, working memory, the ability to ignore what distracts. Each measures one specific thing, in two minutes. No filler, no decorative exercises. A FOCUS TIMER Simple, silent, with a notification when the session ends. Nothing more is needed to hold a session. YOUR DATA, NOT SLOGANS Focus will never claim your concentration is improving. It shows you your scores, your cumulative focus time, and the time of day your results are best. Measured facts, yours to interpret. This is deliberate: promises that don't hold up end up hurting the person who believed them. KID MODE A simplified interface with stars earned for every exercise completed, never lost. A parental gate protects purchases and settings. PRIVACY No data ever leaves your device. No account, no ads, no trackers. Everything stays stored locally, on your phone. Three exercises are free, no limits. Premium unlocks the six other exercises. The timer and your data stay free. Focus is a training and measurement tool. It is not a medical device, not a diagnosis, and not a replacement for professional support. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND TERMS Premium is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price is shown in the app before any purchase and is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Verdict

The call

NeverLate and Focus are too close to call on the numbers: across 5 compared parameters โ€” price, ads, in-app purchases and device support among them โ€” neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.
