ChronaLife: Hollywood Edition is a tabloid-styled Hollywood career simulator. Build your legend from day-player to A-list: audition on the lot, shoot on set, train your craft, survive rent, manage scandals, and watch the trades react. Industry Week drives everything — Mon–Fri, three phases per day (morning, afternoon, night). One main action per phase: hustle on BUZZ!, audition on LOT, work a booked day on SET, or post through the chaos on FLARE. Energy, bank, fame, and heat all move with your choices. Build Your Legend — stage name, mug shot (your photo or a press preset), agency (CAA, WME, UTA, or solo), and home market across all 50 US states + DC. Each market shifts rent, hustle pay, auditions, and travel costs. Five craft stats — Range, Presence, Technique, Voice, Instinct — trained in Craft Studio, boosted in acting classes, and tested against real casting requirements on the lot. Survive LA math — housing, wheels, kitchen, health, bills, and Street Credit loans hit every industry week. Go three weeks in the red and your legend flatlines. Hollywood legacy — credits, box office weekends, awards night speeches, trade power rankings, mailbag intel, and genre reputation as your filmography grows.

Second Unit is a single-player film studio management simulation. You start with a rented office, a modest credit line, and nobody returning your calls — and you have five in-game years to turn that into something. When the run ends, you're a major, absorbed by one, or in liquidation. THE PARALLEL PIPELINE Run two to five pictures through a seven-stage production pipeline at once — development, greenlight, pre-production, shooting, post, marketing, release. Slate capacity and cash runway are the only limits. There's no energy bar to wait out. TWO SCORES, NO BLACK BOX Every finished picture gets a critic score and an audience score, and the Post-Release Report itemizes exactly what earned each point. Nothing about how a film's quality is decided is hidden from you. THE RELEASE CALENDAR Six rival studios each hunt a different season, and they've been claiming the good weeks for years before you got there. Every release date is a decision made against a board that's already half full. PRESTIGE VS. CLOUT Chasing critical prestige costs you commercial clout, and vice versa — where the two land after five years decides which of six possible endings your studio reaches. FRANCHISES, TALENT, AND INSTITUTIONS Build a franchise off a hit and manage the upkeep and audience fatigue that come with it. Cast real talent with real availability windows. Keep the trades, the guilds, and the exhibitor circuit on your side — or don't. FULLY OFFLINE Second Unit runs entirely on your device. No account, no server, and no internet connection required to play. Idle progress is computed honestly from real elapsed time, never a background timer. Every studio, film, talent, and award depicted is entirely fictional, generated by the game. Any resemblance to real people, studios, or works is coincidental. Optional one-time purchases in the Front Office add content packs and a full unlock — never anything that makes your studio better at making pictures.
