Daily Report vs FieldStack

Talk for a minute. Walk away with a finished daily report. Daily Report turns a quick voice note into a structured construction daily report, then a signed PDF you can email before you leave the gate. Speak or type what happened: crews and hours, work performed, deliveries, delays, inspections, safety, visitors. The AI sorts it into the right sections, you review and fix anything, sign, and send. BUILT FOR THE FIELD Online, you get our most accurate AI, on any iPhone. No signal? The report still gets done: on-device AI takes over automatically (iPhone 15 Pro or newer with Apple Intelligence), and every section can always be filled by hand. Nothing about your day waits on coverage. A RECORD YOU CAN STAND BEHIND Daily reports settle arguments, so this app treats every one like evidence. A signature is required to finish. Date, time, and GPS status are stamped honestly, including when location was unavailable and why. Every finished PDF carries a tamper-evidence fingerprint, so you can show it has not changed since you signed it. And the AI never invents numbers: if you did not say it, the report leaves it blank. FIX A REPORT WITHOUT LOSING THE ORIGINAL Spot a mistake after signing? Edit the report and your correction is saved as a new version. The signed original is preserved exactly as it was, and every version stays viewable. Nothing is ever quietly changed. DRAFTS THAT WAIT FOR YOU Start a report, get pulled away, and pick it up later. Your work autosaves as a draft and gets its report number when you sign. YOUR DATA, HANDLED HONESTLY Your voice recordings stay on your phone. With Cloud AI on, only the report text is sent to organize it and returned to your device. No account, no sign-in, no ads, no tracking. Prefer everything local? Switch to On-device mode in Settings. Free, from Construction Copilot by Weigh Anchor LLC. You run the job. It runs the paperwork.

FieldStack is an offline field workspace for construction plan PDFs. Import the drawings without changing the original files, search every page for a room or sheet in seconds, and build a board of just the sheets a task needs. It is built for job sites with bad or no internet. SEARCH EVERY PAGE Type a room number, sheet title, or any word. FieldStack searches every page of every plan and opens the page right at the match. BUILD THE BOARD Pull the sheets a task needs into one board and arrange them your way. The full PDF stays readable. MARK UP THE PLANS Draw on any page. The markup shows on every board with that page, and the eye shows or hides it. RECORD FIELD STATE Place notes and track Open, In Progress, Blocked, or Done work. Boards, checks, and notes stay in a private layer beside the drawings. NOTEBOOKS Place plan pages, photos, shapes, and symbols side by side, and connect them. SIRI, SEARCH, AND WIDGETS Ask Siri to search FieldStack, find sheets from Home Screen search, and open a board, a plan set, or search from a widget. BRING THE PLANS Import source PDFs without changing the originals in Files. FieldStack does not require an account, a team workspace, or a subscription. Optional tips support continued development and unlock nothing. The reviewed interface supports English, French, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.
