My Book Pad is the job book for restoration and insurance-repair contractors. From the first notice of loss through emergency mitigation and the full rebuild, it keeps the work, the photos, and the money for every claim in one place — on the job site or at the desk. Built for water, fire, mold, and storm restoration crews, My Book Pad replaces the shoebox of receipts and the scattered spreadsheets with one organized system your whole team can use. TRACK EVERY CLAIM • Open a project and it automatically splits into Emergency and Rebuild phases • Log the cause of loss — water, fire, wind, hail, mold, smoke, sewage, and more • Watch a live "days since date of loss" counter on every job • Record deductibles, waived amounts, and comped work so the numbers always reconcile CAPTURE COSTS IN SECONDS • Snap a photo of a receipt and let the scanner pull the details for you • Assign every expense to the right project and phase • See what's spent, what's owed, and what's been settled at a glance BILL AND GET PAID • Create polished estimates and invoices with four professional templates • Send them as PDFs or secure web links • Turn an approved estimate straight into a working project KEEP CLIENTS IN THE LOOP • Share a private, branded portal so homeowners can follow progress • Choose exactly what they see — photos, notes, and milestones • Everything stays read-only and secure RUN THE WHOLE CREW • Roles for admins, partners, and field employees • Assign jobs and get a push notification the moment a receipt is logged or a payment lands • A detailed activity log shows who changed what, and when • Sign in fast with Face ID, and switch between light and dark themes My Book Pad works on iPhone and on the web, so the office and the field always see the same numbers.
