Apex is designed for real meetings where speed, clarity, and shareable notes matter. Use Apex Voice Notes to: - Record meetings and voice memos. - Import audio from Files, iCloud, Google Drive, or your phone. - Transcribe multilingual conversations and generate multilingual outputs. - Generate meeting summaries and action items. - Create a quick "Brief Me in 90 Seconds" version. - Format speaker-labelled transcripts so speakers are easier to follow. - Copy, share, or export outputs. - Save recordings locally on your device. Apex is especially useful for managers, reps, consultants, teams, and teachers - anyone who needs meeting notes without spending the afternoon rewriting them. Recordings are stored locally on your device unless you choose to transcribe, export, import, or share them. When you transcribe, your audio is uploaded to the Apex backend and processed with OpenAI transcription services.

About

Voice to Text Notes

Features

Voice to Text turns your speech into editable notes. Record, and the app transcribes what you say as you talk, using Apple's on-device Speech Recognition in the language you choose. When you're done, edit the transcript, adjust font size, color, and font family (even for just part of the text), and play back the recording with word-by-word read-along highlighting. Pin important notes and tag them to find them again later. Everything is stored only on your device โ€” no account, no cloud sync, no servers. Dark mode and adjustable text size are built in. Voice to Text is free and supported by a small non-personalized ad banner on the notes list. No ad tracking, no App Tracking Transparency prompt, no ad identifiers used. Features: - Live speech-to-text while you record, in your choice of language (Mandarin, English, Japanese, Korean, and more) - Edit, undo/redo, and restyle transcripts - Per-selection font size, color, and font family - Pin and tag notes to organize them - Playback with read-along highlighting - Export as plain text, Markdown, or subtitles (.srt) - Back up all your notes' text to a file at any time - Dark mode and adjustable app-wide text size - Everything stays on your device
