Precise VBT and jump analysis. All on your iPhone. Arcus VBT brings velocity-based training and jump performance analysis together. Record live or import a video to measure performance, review technique and track progress—without an additional wearable sensor. PRECISE VBT. HARDWARE-GRADE ACCURACY AND RELIABILITY. Turn your iPhone into a VBT training tool. Analyze squats, bench presses, deadlifts, snatches, clean and jerks, and more. Track barbell movement with hardware-grade accuracy and reliability to monitor training intensity, understand fatigue and guide load selection. Explore mean and peak velocity, velocity loss, power and range of motion. Review joint angles, bar paths and movement phases to understand both individual reps and overall set performance. PRECISE JUMP ANALYSIS. MEASURE EVERY TAKEOFF. With proper technique, jump height measurements differ from force plate measurements by approximately 1 cm. Choose from five modes: CMJ (countermovement jump), CMJA (countermovement jump with arm swing), SJ (squat jump), DJ (drop jump) and POGO (repeated hops). Review jump height, takeoff velocity, flight time, contact time, time to takeoff, and RSI or RSI-mod where applicable. Explore individual jump replays, consistency, historical trends, same-day arm-swing gain and EUR comparisons. Supported modes also offer estimated peak power. Available metrics depend on the movement and required input data. LIVE VOICE FEEDBACK Choose announcements for velocity, power, rep count or velocity loss. Hear your performance during training and adjust your rhythm as you go. SYNCHRONIZED MOVEMENT AND DATA REPLAY Replay metric cards, velocity curves, joint angles and bar paths in sync with your movement. Rep intervals show the time between repetitions to help you review training rhythm. Supported deadlift variations also display a lower-back contour and curve to help review changes in torso posture. BUILD YOUR LVP. PERSONALIZE YOUR LOADS. Build a load–velocity profile from multiple sets. Personal OMVT calibration supports individualized 1RM estimates. Compare sets, reps and previous sessions to make more informed training decisions. TRACK PROGRESS. SHARE YOUR TRAINING. Explore training history and progress trends. Export videos with metric overlays and training posters, and sync records across devices. Separate Coach plans support athlete and training-record management. CHOOSE YOUR PLAN Lift Pro unlocks advanced barbell features. Jump Pro offers unlimited jump analysis and its advanced features. Ultra includes both Lift Pro and Jump Pro. Train, run, eat — one app is enough. MAJOR UPDATE: AUTO DETECT No more logging every set by hand. During strength training, iPhone and Apple Watch recognize the exercise you're doing and count your reps — just raise your wrist to see. See the list in Me > Intelligence > Supported Exercises. The longer you use it, the better it learns your training habits. Msats brings training, running and nutrition together. What you trained, how far you ran and what you ate are all connected — and your AI coach can see it all. Plan your week in one sentence Tell the AI coach your goal, like "train four times a week, I want to lose fat." It looks at your workouts, nutrition and health data, then builds training templates and a weekly plan you can add to your calendar and start right away. Ask it anytime how to do a move, what to train today or how much to eat. Train hard, see the progress An exercise library covering the whole body, with animated demos for common moves. Automatic rest countdowns with adjustable sounds and haptics. Last session's numbers, 1RM curves and a muscle coverage radar are all tracked for you. Drop sets, supersets, warm-up sets and circuit plans — everything serious lifters need. Every kilometer counts Free runs, goal runs, intervals, or follow a running plan lesson by lesson, with voice guidance. Plus walking, cycling, hiking, indoor cycling, elliptical, rowing, jump rope, stair climber, treadmill, HIIT, yoga, dance, ball sports and more — 20+ cardio types, each with its own calorie estimate. Even if the system closes the app, you can pick up where you left off. Turn your neighborhood into your territory Footprint Run splits the map into hexagons. Close a loop and everything inside is yours; run through someone else's turf to take it over. See your rank in your city and name each territory. Claims are checked against your Health workouts — riding in a car doesn't count. Know what you eat at a glance Snap a photo of your meal to identify dishes and estimate portions and calories, with each dish listed separately; packaged food is read straight from the nutrition label. Calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, water and caffeine all line up on your daily timeline. Both are free to download. Arcus VBT sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.69 per month and msats sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
