See who is training near you and join in one tap. Most training apps show you what everyone did yesterday. WIFME shows you what has not happened yet: every run, ride and swim planned for the next seven days, near you, by the people you follow and in your groups. If a session fits your week, you join it with one tap and turn up. THE START LINE Your feed is a start list, not a highlight reel. Workouts are sorted by when they begin, with a live countdown to the next one and the faces of everyone already going. Filter by sport, by the people you follow or by what is simply nearby. DISTANCE THAT MEANS SOMETHING Set a radius and it applies to your whole feed, not just a nearby tab. A workout you cannot get to is not information, so you do not see it. ADD A WORKOUT IN SECONDS Describe it in plain words - "8x400m at 5k pace with 90 seconds rest" - and it becomes a structured session with a chart. Or import a .fit or .gpx file exported from your watch. Or build it block by block yourself. TRAIN IN GROUPS Create a club or join one. Post announcements that reach every member, plan group sessions, see who is coming. Groups can be open to anyone or approval only. WHAT YOU ARE BUILDING Personal records for running, cycling, swimming and triathlon, including your own custom ones. A pinned goal with the days counting down. Badges you earn by showing up rather than by paying. YOU CHOOSE WHO SEES WHAT Every workout is public, followers only, groups only or private. Every card on your profile has its own setting too. Private accounts approve their followers. MEETING PEOPLE, SAFELY You can block or report anyone from anywhere in the app. Reports are private, the person is never told who reported them, and we act within 24 hours. Content is screened automatically the moment it is posted. WIFME is free. Exercise carries risk. Workouts on WIFME are created by users and are not professional medical, training or nutritional advice. You take part at your own risk. About

VéloPeak

Features

VéloPeak builds your cycling training around the race you are aiming at, and keeps it honest week by week as your body responds. It is a training platform, not a chat window: workout protocols drawn from published sport science, curated by people who coach cyclists for a living, and fitted to your own numbers. HOW IT WORKS Set your event date and the hours you have each week. VéloPeak lays out the phases from base through taper and fills the weeks with sessions that have a reason behind them. Every session tells you what it is for, what to hold, and for how long. THE METHOD Sessions come from protocols you can look up: Seiler's polarised 80/20 distribution, Ronnestad 40-20s, Billat intervals, Coggan power zones, critical power and W prime. Nothing is invented to look clever. WHAT YOU SEE - Power zones set from your own test, redrawn as your FTP moves - Fitness, fatigue and form, so you know when you are ready to go hard - Sleep, steps and heart rate variability, read from Apple Health - Your week, with the target and duration of every session - Live targets while you ride, with your trainer and heart rate strap connected over Bluetooth WORKS WITH WHAT YOU ALREADY RIDE Rides arrive on their own from Wahoo, Polar, Strava and Intervals.icu. VéloPeak sits alongside the tools you already use rather than asking you to leave them. HEALTH DATA With your permission, VéloPeak reads sleep, steps and heart rate variability from Apple Health to judge how recovered you are. That data shapes your training and nothing else. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties. LANGUAGES Full support in English and Portuguese, including the explanation behind every session.
