MigrainePulse Tracker
Read full descriptionHide full description
MigrainePulse Tracker helps you record migraine and headache episodes with the details that matter to your journal: your own trigger wording, severity, duration, pain location, and notes. Log privately in the moment, review your complete saved history on a real monthly episode calendar, and select any marked date to revisit its entries. The calendar marks only dates with saved episodes; an unmarked date does not represent a pain-free record. The saved-entry severity trend plots one dot for every saved episode in chronological order. It adds no points for dates without entries and preserves multiple entries from the same day. All-time entry summaries show counts, averages, and transparent trigger associations such as “Weather front • 3 of 6 tagged entries.” Small samples are clearly qualified, and every summary reflects only the entries you save for personal review. No account is required, and there are no ads, external analytics, or network dependencies. Your entries stay local on device, with optional Apple Health writes for new entries: headache severity and duration only after you connect it in Settings. The first release is free and focused on a private, local migraine journal.

A free migraine tracker and headache diary, plus a private support community of people who truly get it. Log migraine attacks in seconds, find your triggers and patterns, and walk into your next appointment with a clear summary. TRACK MIGRAINE ATTACKS IN SECONDS • One tap to log a migraine attack or headache. Rate the pain, then add symptoms, medications, warning signs like aura, and what helped. • Record how the pain changes during a migraine attack, not just once. • Log early signs when you feel one coming on, and see whether it turned into a migraine attack. • Optional cycle tracking to see if migraine attacks line up with your period. FIND YOUR TRIGGERS AND PATTERNS • Migraine attack days per month, average pain, and which medications actually helped. • Your most common symptoms, triggers, and earliest warning signs. • Local weather pressure, since pressure drops are a common migraine trigger. • A calm heads-up if acute medication use is running high for a few months. WALK INTO YOUR APPOINTMENT READY • A doctor summary from your migraine diary: migraine attack days, medications, and what worked. • Print it, save it as a PDF, or export your full log any time. A MIGRAINE SUPPORT COMMUNITY THAT GETS IT • Ask questions, share wins, and vent with people who live with migraine and chronic migraine. • Post as yourself or anonymously, at your own pace. • Follow the conversations you care about, save what helps, and get a gentle nudge when someone replies. • Every space is moderated by people who live with migraine too. BUILT FOR MIGRAINE DAYS • Migraine Mode turns the whole app dark, quiet, and low contrast for when light hurts. • Larger text, reduced motion, and a layout that works one-handed from bed. • Gentle check-in notifications you control, never a nag. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your health data belongs to you. Nothing is public, searchable, or sold. • Free for everyone, supported by a few clearly labeled sponsors. Ads are never chosen using anything you log. • Export it or delete all of it from your account at any time. MADE BY PEOPLE LIVING WITH MIGRAINE The Migraine Network started as a community on social media, where more than 180,000 people follow along. This app brings the tracker and the community together in one calm place. The Migraine Network is made by people living with migraine, not a medical provider. Nothing in the app is medical advice; talk to your clinician about your care.
