CutList runs a 2D guillotine optimizer in seconds and gives you a layout that minimizes waste, cut length, and offcut count. WHAT YOU GET - 2D guillotine cutting layout, instant - Multi-project workspace (jobs, materials, parts) - Saw kerf compensation (set your blade thickness) - Edge banding length and cost rollup per project - Grain direction lock for veneered panels - PDF export with labeled cut sheet (ready to print on the shop floor) - Material library with reusable panel sizes - Works offline once loaded WHO IT IS FOR Carpenters and joiners cutting MDF and particleboard. Kitchen and bath fitters laying out doors and panels. CNC shops planning batch runs. Hobby woodworkers tired of doing the math twice on a notepad. WHY CUTLIST Most cutting-list apps want you behind a desk. CutList runs on your phone or tablet right at the saw, in your pocket on the job site. Type the cut list, see the layout, send the PDF to the helper. Done. PRO Pro unlocks unlimited projects, PDF watermark removal, and priority support. Free tier covers 1 active project at a time so you can try the full workflow end-to-end before you commit. Built by Kavela. Trusted by furniture makers across Turkiye and beyond.

About

Kesim

Features

Tell Kesim the parts you need and the material you have. It works out how to get them out of the least stock, then shows you the exact order of saw cuts that produces the layout. Built for people who cut sheet goods on a table saw, a track saw or a panel saw. WHY THE LAYOUTS ACTUALLY WORK Guillotine cuts only. Every cut runs edge to edge, because that is what a saw physically does. A denser layout that needs a cut to stop halfway across the sheet is worthless to the person holding the saw, so Kesim never produces one. Real kerf accounting. The blade turns a few millimetres into dust at every pass. Kesim subtracts a full kerf between neighbouring parts and squares off your edge trim before placing anything. Ignoring that is the classic way to finish a job one part short. Grain locking. A part whose grain must run one way is never quietly turned to make the numbers look better. WHAT YOU GET • A layout for every sheet, with the yield and the cost • A step-by-step cut sequence — rip, then crosscut, in order • An offcut rack: save the leftovers worth keeping, and the next job cuts from material you already own before it opens a new sheet • Sheet goods and linear stock — plywood, MDF, glass and sheet metal, or pipe, timber, extrusion and moulding • Inches with fractions or millimetres, whichever your shop uses • PDF and CSV export, so the plan goes to the shop printer PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No account. No sign-up. No analytics, no tracking, no ads. Your projects are stored on your device and never sent to us — we run no servers. Optional iCloud backup keeps a copy in your own iCloud account, and it is off until you turn it on. FREE AND PRO Free plans jobs of up to 10 parts, which covers a shelf or a small box. Kesim Pro — monthly, yearly with a free week, or a one-time lifetime purchase — unlocks jobs beyond the free limit, the offcut rack, PDF and CSV export, several stock sizes per job, and a more thorough search.
