A timer that stays a timer. Free, no paywalls. Two taps to the sit — open a preset and start the timer. The timer needs no account and no internet, and nothing pops up before or after the sit. Less app, more practice. You sit on the cushion by yourself — but you're not alone. If you want company, connect Discord, and the “Together” feed will show which of the people you know sat today. New to Discord? Come to our open Ding community. Visibility is up to you, and you can turn it off at any time. What's inside: — Accurate timing: the timer holds even if you background the app or lock the screen. If the system closes the app, the app will notify you instead. — Apple Watch: the timer on your wrist, works even without the phone. Same presets, vibration instead of bells, sessions count toward your practice and streak. — Presets: each practice keeps its own name, duration, start and end bell, interval bells, and a short note to yourself. — Background sound: breathing (5.5-second inhale and exhale), noise, or shruti — chosen per preset, it ducks under the bells, with an optional fade-out. — A pause before you begin: time to settle on the cushion. — Preset sharing: send a link — they open it and add it to their presets. — Coming from Insight Timer? Your practice imports along with your streak. — Your practice is saved locally on your phone, to Health (mindful minutes) and to Calendar. — Widgets: the streak on the Home Screen and the Lock Screen, a tap opens the app. — Presets and practice history sync through iCloud. — Four color themes: the background is always black, the color is up to you. — Protection from accidental touches: a cat or a sleeve won't end your sit. — Screen dimming: the screen dims a little during a session to save battery. — Interrupted sessions are restored. Understand what’s changing. Discover what may be helping. Keep your health data private. PeriCue is a private perimenopause tracker that does more than record symptoms. It connects your symptoms, cycles, lifestyle and treatments to reveal meaningful patterns over time—without requiring an account or uploading your personal health data. SEE WHAT’S CHANGING Track hot flashes, night sweats, sleep problems, mood changes, brain fog, headaches, palpitations and other common symptoms. Choose the symptoms that matter most to you and see how their frequency and severity change over time. • Log a hot flash with one tap • Quick-log symptoms from your iPhone or Apple Watch • Track symptom severity, cycle changes and daily notes • View your history in a calendar and clear trend charts • See when hot flashes tend to occur throughout the day DISCOVER WHAT MAY BE HELPING When you start or change a treatment, supplement or lifestyle habit, PeriCue compares your symptoms before and after the change. It also considers how consistently you followed the treatment, helping you interpret the result more meaningfully. • Compare symptom burden before and after a change • See treatment adherence alongside your results • Review dose changes and side-effect notes • Build a timeline of what you tried and what happened CONNECT YOUR LIFESTYLE TO YOUR SYMPTOMS Optionally track sleep, stress, alcohol, caffeine and exercise. When there is enough information, PeriCue identifies supported associations in your own data—for example, whether symptoms tend to be worse following lower-sleep nights. PeriCue describes patterns rather than diagnosing their cause. MANAGE HRT AND OTHER TREATMENTS Keep your treatment routine and symptom history together. • Track HRT, medications and supplements • Support for daily, patch-based and cyclical schedules • Record doses as taken, late or skipped • Set private, on-device reminders • Track adherence, supply and upcoming refills • Record dose changes and possible side effects UNDERSTAND CYCLE CHANGES Track periods, spotting and flow while PeriCue compares current cycles with your own earlier baseline. See changes in cycle length, days since your last period, and patterns such as persistent spotting or longer bleeding. Flags are descriptive and can help you decide what to discuss with a healthcare professional. INSIGHTS GROUNDED IN YOUR DATA PeriCue’s Weekly Brief gives you a quick summary of what improved, worsened or appeared for the first time. Educational cards surface when they are relevant to patterns in your logs and include information from trusted sources such as the NHS, NICE, The Menopause Society and ACOG. BRING YOUR HISTORY WITH YOU Import supported cycle history from Apple Health or compatible Flo and Clue exports without creating duplicate events. PeriCue can also read sleep data from Apple Health to make daily tracking easier. PREPARE FOR APPOINTMENTS Create a clear, doctor-ready PDF summary of your symptoms, cycles, treatments and recent patterns to support more informed conversations with your healthcare professional. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your health information is personal. PeriCue requires no account, contains no ads and stores your tracking data on your devices. Your information is not sold or used for advertising. PERICUE PLUS Core symptom logging is free. An optional PeriCue Plus subscription unlocks: • Full tracking history • Deeper pattern and lifestyle insights • Weekly Briefs • “What’s helping?” comparisons • Doctor-ready PDF reports Monthly and annual plans are available. The annual plan includes a 14-day free trial. PeriCue provides personal tracking tools and general educational information. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend medical treatments or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
