Apple Watch: the timer on your wrist with the same presets, vibration instead of bells, works without the phone nearby. Watch sessions count toward your practice and streak, and a complication starts a sit from the watch face. Background sound per preset: breathing, noise, or shruti. It ducks under the bells, with an optional fade-out. Session time: on the ready screen, swipe up or down to change the length of this sit only. And after the final bell you can stay seated — a tap adds the extra time to the record. Preset sharing: send a link — they open it and add it to their presets. Practice transfer: your history and streak move in from an Insight Timer export file, and your own can be saved to a file. Ding now requires iOS 18.
