About

SomaEcho is a sound-based emotional wellness tool. When you feel tense, uneasy, or unable to sleep, choose how your body feels right now. SomaEcho will play the most suitable binaural beat frequency to help bring your mind and body back to calm. You don't need to know the name of your condition — just describe what your body is feeling. 【Frequencies】 ◆ Alpha (8–13 Hz): Helps ease tension and unease ◆ Beta (13–30 Hz): Boosts energy and positive drive ◆ Theta (4–8 Hz): Deep relaxation, reduces pre-sleep anxiety ◆ Delta (0.5–4 Hz): Deepens sleep, supports brain recovery ◆ SMR (12–15 Hz): Relieves mental overload, lets body and mind unwind ◆ Gamma (30–100 Hz): Supports alertness and focused clarity Gradual transition mode lets different frequencies blend naturally for a smoother listening experience. 【How to Use】 Use stereo headphones (in-ear or over-ear). Binaural audio requires each ear to receive a different frequency — mono or speaker playback will not produce the same effect. Use in a quiet, safe environment. 【Important】 If you have epilepsy, photosensitive seizures, auditory hypersensitivity, or related neurological conditions, consult your doctor before use. Stop immediately and remove your headphones if you feel discomfort. SomaEcho is an emotional wellness tool. It has no medical efficacy and cannot replace professional psychiatric or neurological care. Available in: 繁中・簡中・English・Français・Italiano・Español・日本語・한국어・Русский
