About

TrainReview

TrainReview plans your training, watches what you actually do, and adjusts what comes next — showing its reasoning, with you making the final call. Finish a workout and the app compares every set you logged against what the plan asked for. It reaches a verdict on each exercise — Progress, Repeat, or Reduce — and shows the evidence behind it: your reps, your loads, how much you had left in reserve. Accept a decision and it becomes the target in your upcoming sessions. Nothing changes until you say so. Your first workout review is included, so you see what the app has to say before deciding whether to keep it reviewing. PLAN YOUR WAY Choose the amount of guidance that works for you: • Guided: answer a few questions and get a complete plan. Every goal — New to Training, Strength, Muscle Growth, Weight Loss, and General Fitness — is free to plan. Athlete Premium blends a second and third goal into one program balanced for all of them. • Build It Yourself: begin with a blank slate and take full control of training days, exercises, and progression. • Just Start Training: no plan yet. Pick exercises as you go, log your sets, and every finished workout is kept as a day of your plan. Seal the week, and TrainReview reviews the next one against it. All three paths live together in Your Plans, and every one of them feeds the same review loop. TRAIN WITHOUT DISTRACTIONS Follow today's workout and log your work set by set. Use the built-in rest timer, record left and right sides, run timed holds, skip or substitute exercises, and carry a substitution into the rest of your plan when it makes sense. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Trends built from the work you actually completed, never from a projected curve: working weights, session history, and estimated 1RM over time. Reopen any finished workout to see how it went, and explore exercises with muscle diagrams and clear equipment details. GO FURTHER WITH ATHLETE PREMIUM • Post-workout review grounded in what you actually completed • Next cycle written from what you lifted, with the evidence shown • Adaptive advanced plans • Multi-goal blending: one program balancing up to three goals • Estimated 1RM trends and longer-range analytics Guided plans for every goal, Build It Yourself plan authoring, workout logging, and training history remain available for free. There is no account to create: your training data stays on your device and can sync through your private iCloud account. Plan with intent. Train with focus. Progress from what you actually did. About

Tabataly

Features

Tabataly is a free interval timer for Tabata and HIIT workouts. No Ads, no in-app-purchases. No private data tracking. Set your activity time, rest time, and number of rounds. Every workout opens with a warm-up countdown, then repeats activity and rest for the rounds you chose, ringing a bell at every transition. The whole point: the bell rings even while the app is in the background — screen locked, another app playing audio, or the silent switch on — so you can train without staring at your phone. Tabataly runs entirely on your iPhone — no Apple Watch required. If you have one, the optional Watch companion adds haptic taps at every transition and can show your live heart rate and calories on your wrist; when you end the workout, it's saved to Apple Health with your permission so it counts toward your Activity rings. Your health data stays on your devices and in Apple Health — it's never sent to us or anyone else. • Simple setup: activity, rest, rounds • Warm-up countdown before every workout • A clear bell at every interval transition • Keeps ringing in the background, over other audio, and while muted • Works standalone on iPhone — no Apple Watch needed • Optional Apple Watch companion: wrist haptics, live heart rate & calories, and the workout saved to Apple Health
