Takeoff Intervals turns a written workout into a timer that talks you through it. Paste the message from your coach, a screenshot, or your own words. The app reads the rounds, exercises, work times, and rest, shows you what it understood, and builds the timer. Check it, tap Start, and put the phone in your pocket. IT UNDERSTANDS HOW COACHES WRITE • Rounds, circuits, EMOMs, AMRAPs, and for-time caps • Per-side exercises run both sides, with time to switch • "Rest as needed" waits for your tap • When a message has several sections, you pick the one to run IT ASKS BEFORE IT ASSUMES • A range like 8-12 becomes a one-tap choice • A missing detail becomes a question you answer in seconds • Anything estimated is marked so you can check it before you start BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR • Spoken cues name every exercise, so you can leave the phone in your pocket • Countdown beeps in the last seconds of each interval • Your music keeps playing while the cues dip in and out • Automatic transition time between stations • Rep-based sets hold until you tap done ON YOUR WRIST • Start, pause, and skip from Apple Watch • The current interval and time at a glance • Runs alongside an Apple Workout session, so your rings and heart rate still count A PHONE CALL WON'T RUIN YOUR SESSION • The clock keeps running through the call • After a short call, it catches you up out loud • After a long call, the workout waits exactly where the call caught you FROM TEXT TO TIMER • Paste from Messages, Notes, or email • Dictate a workout; transcription happens on your device • The numbered format most coaches use works offline, and everything else gets an on-device draft you can check No account. No subscription. Your workouts stay on your phone.
