A timer for training that alternates between work and rest. Set your times, hit start, and watch the countdown in large, easy-to-read numbers with audio cues at every switch. ā Ready-made presets Tabata, HIIT, stretching, interval walking, and strength training are set up and ready. Pick one and start. ā Build your own workouts Set work time, rest time, and sets for each exercise, then save them together as one routine. Name it "Morning Full Body" or "Lower Body" and start it with a single tap next time. ā Easy to read while moving The remaining time fills the screen, so you can read it from across the room. The next phase and your set count stay visible at the same time. ā Audio guide A voice counts down the last three seconds, so you know when the phase changes without looking at your phone. Volume is adjustable and can be turned off. ā Automatic history Every finished workout is saved automatically. See your active days on a calendar, and check total time, sets, and streaks by week, month, or year. Nothing to type in. ā Keeps running with the screen off The timer keeps counting in the background, and voice cues let you know when each phase changes. Keep-screen-on is also supported. ā Reminders Pick the days and time, and the app will remind you. Set up to three reminders to help you keep going. ā Dark theme A dark theme is the default. You can switch to light or follow your device setting. ā Great for - Pushing through Tabata and HIIT sessions - Keeping rest periods consistent during strength training - Timing stretching and yoga - Building an interval walking habit - Looking back on what you've done No account needed. Your workout history is stored on your device.
