About

BiteLite

BiteLite is a food diary for everyone who wants to eat better but has no patience for kitchen scales and endless columns of numbers. Instead of logging every meal down to the calorie, you just tap what you ate. Roughly. A tap fills an icon from grey to half to full. Your day is logged in a few seconds, and you can see at a glance whether it was balanced. The moment it clicks usually comes in the first week: you see in black and white what you eat too much of, and what has been missing for days. No weighing, no diet required. How it works 1. Pick a plan (or just use the standard day) 2. Tap what you eat as the day goes on 3. Done. No maths, no weighing. Nine food groups Water, fruit, vegetables, grains, legumes, dairy, meat & fish, fat and sweets. Half portions work too. Tapped one too many? A second tap takes it back. What's inside • Snap, type or speak it: photograph your meal or just describe it, and the AI estimates the portions for you. • Barcode scanner: scan a packaged product and it's logged in its food group. • Daily plans: take a ready-made plan or build your own. Switch whenever you like, even mid-week. • Whole dishes in one tap: save your regular meals as a dish and log them all at once. • Standard meals: save what you eat often as a standard meal. On Today, a button for breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner then logs it with one tap. Nothing is logged without your tap. • Calories optional: like numbers? Switch them on. Don't? Leave them off. • Calendar: see day by day how well you stuck to your plan. • Weekly and monthly recap: follow how your habits develop over time. Share the recap if you feel like it. • Insights: spot weekday patterns and how your mood and stress relate to what you eat. • Daily check-in: optionally note your mood and stress, and mark your period too. • Home-screen widget: your daily progress right on your home screen, light or dark. • Share plans: send your plan to friends with a link. One tap and it's imported. • Available in 8 languages. What BiteLite does not do • No questionnaire and no paywall before you can log a single thing. • No upsell after every entry. Nothing is sold to you on your daily screen. • No forced subscription: Premium is also available as a one-time purchase that stays yours. • No guilt trip if you miss a day. Fill it in later and your streak simply continues instead of resetting to zero. • No weighing and no counting unless you want to. Who BiteLite is for For people with a full calendar. For anyone who wants to eat more balanced without turning their food into bookkeeping. And for everyone who has bailed on a tracking app before because it got too fiddly after three days. Free and Premium Everyday tracking is free and stays free: the food groups, your own dishes, plans, the calendar, streaks, the monthly recap, basic insights and the widget. AI recognition (photo, text or voice) runs on tokens, and every account starts with a free batch. Premium adds 3 free photo analyses and 10 free text and voice analyses a day, fresh tokens every month, extended insights, unlimited plans and PDF export of your weeks and months. You can subscribe monthly or buy Premium once and keep it. Note: BiteLite is an app for well-being and balanced nutrition. It is not a medical device and does not replace medical or dietary advice.

About

Portion Fit

Features

Point Portion Fit at a restaurant menu and every dish gets a score for your day. Not a generic chart: your calories left, your protein to go, your goal, and what you actually eat. WHAT IT DOES Scores the menu. Scan a menu or pick a chain and each dish gets a Fit Score from 0 to 100. Tap Why and it shows the maths: protein per calorie, how it fits this meal, how far it moves your day. Verified chain data is marked, estimates are marked too. Tells you how to order. One tap writes the sentence you say at the counter: what to swap, what to skip, and what it does to the numbers. Learns what fits you. The home card knows the meal you are in, what you have left, and offers one of your own usuals that fits. The more you log, the better it fits. Turns a reel into a recipe. Share an Instagram reel to Portion Fit and it becomes a recipe with steps, macros, and a photo in your cookbook. Browse recipes other people turned in, rated by the people who cooked them. Logs food fast. Search any food, weigh it, log several at once. Say what you ate out loud. Snap a plate. Scan a barcode. Log a usual in one tap. Coaches and friends. A coach sends a week of meals in minutes. Friends see each other's streaks, or as much as each person chooses to share. Pick a place where everyone at the table has a real meal. Sees your day. Weekly nutrition, weight trend, water, and a recap of how the week and month went. Connect Apple Health for steps, burn, and sleep, and the day's budget adjusts to what you actually did.
