Contacts to Excel & CSV Export

Contacts to Excel & CSV Export saves your iPhone address book as a real Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file, and imports contacts back from a spreadsheet or vCard. Everything runs on the device: no account, no upload, and it works offline. To export contacts from your iPhone: open the app, allow contacts access, choose which columns you want, and tap Export. You get a genuine .xlsx workbook with a bold, frozen header row that opens correctly in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets. Accented and non-Latin names arrive intact, and phone numbers keep their leading + and zeros. To import contacts into your iPhone: open any .xlsx, .csv or .vcf file. The app matches each column to a contact field, shows you every contact before a single one is added, skips people already in your address book, and can undo the whole run. WHY PEOPLE CHOOSE THIS APP β€’ Exact columns, in your order: choose from 15 columns (names, every phone & email, company, addresses, birthdays, websites) and drag to reorder β€’ Multi-value done right: second and third phone numbers and emails get their own columns instead of disappearing β€’ Real .xlsx output: a true Excel file with a bold, frozen header row, not a renamed CSV β€’ Encoding that just works: Γ₯, ΓΌ, Γ© and every other character arrive intact in Excel, and phone numbers keep their + and leading zeros β€’ CSV that Excel actually splits: switch between comma and semicolon separators for US and European Excel β€’ Works with iOS limited access: share only the contacts you choose with the app IMPORT INTO YOUR IPHONE β€’ Open .xlsx, .csv or .vcf and the app matches the columns to contact fields for you β€’ Change any column yourself, with a live sample from your own file β€’ See every contact in a preview before a single one is added β€’ Contacts you already have are spotted and left out, so nothing doubles up β€’ Undo removes exactly what an import added, and nothing else β€’ Reads files saved in other alphabets, including Cyrillic and CJK text β€’ Handles the separators and encodings Excel writes on Windows, so nothing arrives as gibberish PRO: PAY ONCE, YOURS FOREVER β€’ Export and import your entire address book (the free plan covers 50 contacts per file, 3 exports or imports a day) β€’ Unlimited exports and imports β€’ Duplicate finder: spot doubled contacts and export a clean, duplicate-free list β€’ vCard (.vcf) backup that restores on any phone No subscription. One small one-time purchase unlocks everything, forever. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything happens on your iPhone. Your contacts are never uploaded, there is no account, and the app works completely offline. The exported file goes only where you send it. PERFECT FOR β€’ Backing up your contacts before switching phones β€’ Mail merges, newsletters, and holiday card lists β€’ Importing customers into a CRM or email tool β€’ Moving a contact list from a spreadsheet onto a new iPhone β€’ Restoring a vCard backup after switching phones β€’ Cleaning up years of duplicate contacts β€’ Keeping an offline copy of the people who matter Questions or ideas? Contacts to Excel

Contacts to Excel turns your address book into a spreadsheet you can actually use. Pick who goes in: search, filter by group, or take the whole address book. Pick what goes in: names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, companies, birthdays and the rest. Then look at the real table before the file is written, so nothing surprises you afterwards. NOTHING LEAVES YOUR IPHONE The app has no networking code of its own. It reads your contacts, builds the file on the device, and hands it to the share sheet. Turn on airplane mode and export anyway if you want to see for yourself. There is no account, no server and no analytics of any kind. ONE COLUMN PER VALUE Three phone numbers means three columns, each with its own label, instead of three numbers crammed into one cell. Postal addresses are split into street, city, state, ZIP and country, so a mail merge works. Custom labels you typed yourself are kept. NUMBERS STAY NUMBERS Every cell is written as text, so a phone number starting with a plus sign and a ZIP code starting with a zero arrive exactly as they are instead of being reinterpreted by the spreadsheet. FORMATS THAT OTHER APPS ACCEPT Excel (.xlsx) opens in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets. CSV is saved as UTF-8 with the byte-order mark Excel expects. vCard (.vcf) carries every field. For CSV there are column layouts named after where the file is going, so Google Contacts and Outlook can import it without you renaming headers. BUILT FOR A REAL ADDRESS BOOK Twenty thousand contacts export in about a second. Contacts synced from Exchange or Google accounts are included, and duplicates across accounts come through as one person. FREE FOR 25 CONTACTS Try it on any 25 contacts you choose, with every field and every format. Exporting more is one payment of $6.99. There is no subscription and nothing else to buy, ever.
