Outflow gives you complete clarity over your recurring spending — without surrendering your bank login, your data, or yet another monthly fee. NEW IN 5.1 — ON YOUR WRIST With Pro, Outflow comes to Apple Watch: this month's total, what's going out next and what's coming in, at a glance. NEW IN 5.0 — BUILT FOR iOS 27 Outflow can now find forgotten subscriptions in the transactions already stored on your iPhone, using Apple's FinanceKit. You choose which accounts it may look at, nothing leaves your device, and you are never asked for a bank login. It is opt-in — turn it on in Settings. Availability depends on your region and iPhone. SHARE WITH YOUR HOUSEHOLD Share chosen subscriptions with a partner over iCloud and split what each of you pays, so a joint bill counts towards your total by your share only — instead of being recorded twice in two apps and inflating both. Everything you don't share stays private to you. TRACK WHAT COMES IN A spending total is only half the picture. Track a salary, freelance work, rent or a pension alongside what you pay out, and see your real net position. No bank login needed: recurring income is predictable, so you enter it once. KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU PAY See your true monthly and yearly outflow at a glance, with a clean breakdown of where the money goes by category. NEVER MISS A RENEWAL Get a reminder before every renewal — same day, a day before, or up to a week ahead. No more surprise charges or forgotten free trials. CANCEL WITHOUT THE RUNAROUND Deciding to cancel is the easy part — finding where is not. Open any subscription, tap Cancel, and Outflow tells you what you'd save over a year, then takes you straight to the right page for that service. If it's billed by Apple, it says so, because deleting an app never stops those payments. Outflow then keeps a running total of what cancelling has saved you, growing every month (Pro). EFFORTLESS ENTRY, NO BANK LINKING Other trackers want your bank credentials. Outflow doesn't. Paste a receipt — or pick a screenshot or PDF of one — and on-device intelligence fills in the name, price and billing cycle for you. Or pick from a catalog of popular services and add one in seconds. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything stays on your iPhone. No account, no server, no analytics, no tracking. The App Store privacy label says "Data Not Collected" because there is genuinely nothing collected. SIRI & SHORTCUTS Ask Siri what's renewing soon or what your monthly total is, and add subscriptions by voice. ONE PURCHASE, YOUR WHOLE FAMILY Outflow Pro is a single one-time purchase, and it covers up to six family members through Family Sharing — each with their own private list on their own device. No family plan, no second subscription, no per-seat fee. FIND WHAT YOU'VE FORGOTTEN Nearly nine in ten people underestimate what they spend on subscriptions, and two in five have forgotten one entirely while still being charged. Outflow walks you through the four places they hide — your Apple Subscriptions, a bank statement, your receipt emails, and a list of the services people most often forget — and ends with the honest number: what you actually pay a year. No bank login, and nothing leaves your iPhone. PAY ONCE. OWN IT FOREVER. Outflow is free for up to 5 subscriptions, with reminders, totals and Siri included. Outflow Pro — unlimited subscriptions, Smart Paste, category insights, price-rise history and CSV export — is a single one-time purchase. A subscription tracker should never be a subscription. • On iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch — a calm, big-screen layout with a sidebar • Skip a payment (free week, paused delivery) and your totals adjust • Track any billing cycle: weekly, monthly, quarterly, every 6 months, yearly • Cancelled subscriptions stay in your list with their history intact • Price-rise history shows when a service hiked its price • Export everything to CSV — your data is yours • Beautiful native design, light and dark

About

BudgetFuture

BudgetFuture answers one question: how much can I spend today, once future income and bills are accounted for? Most budgeting apps look backwards, sorting what you already spent into categories. BudgetFuture looks forwards. Enter your income and bills once, and your available money is worked out for you — today, at month end, and the months ahead. Your bank balance can't tell you. It looks healthy the day before a month's direct debits leave, and says nothing about the rent due before payday. BudgetFuture knows what's coming and when, so the number you see is the number you can act on. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • Dates matter, not just the month's totals. A big bill early in the month and the same bill just after payday are completely different situations, and BudgetFuture treats them that way. It walks through your month day by day and catches a squeeze before payday that a month-end total would hide entirely. • Two figures, not one. "Today" is what you can spend right now without waiting on money that hasn't landed. "For month" is the fuller picture once everything settles. Together they show whether you're short for a few days or short for the month. • On your home screen. A widget shows Today on its own, or Today and For Month side by side, so you can check without opening anything. • No categories, no tagging, no pie charts. Nothing to maintain, nothing to study. Just the number that matters BUILT FOR REAL MONTH-TO-MONTH LIFE • Recurring bills and income carry forward automatically — weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, every 30 days, monthly or yearly. Edit one month without disturbing the rest, or update every month ahead. Set and edit how many times an entry repeats • Entries sit as Pending and mark themselves Paid on their due date — nothing to tick off. Set the ones that need manual authorisation. Pay Manually entries will flip to Due Today, then Overdue until you confirm. Anything still unpaid when the month turns stays on your dashboard • Notification reminders for manual entries only if you want them. Turn them on and BudgetFuture notifies you at 8am when a bill is due, and again the next morning if it is still outstanding • Credit card spending is tracked separately from your cash, against your real limit, so new card debt never quietly inflates what looks spendable. Don't use a credit card? Everything works the same without it • Set aside money each month for future big bills with a dedicated feature • Planning to move money to savings? Log it like any other outgoing, one-off or recurring • Compare against your real bank balance any time, to catch a missed entry before it distorts your forecast TWO KINDS OF CUSHION, AND YOU CHOOSE • Safety Min: set the lowest you want your bank balance to go during the month, and BudgetFuture keeps that amount out of what you can spend, warning you if you would drop below it • The Next Month Payday Buffer: set aside enough to cover next month's bills before next month's income arrives — the gap that catches people out. BudgetFuture suggests an amount from what you have already entered for next month YOUR DATA IS YOURS No account. No sign-in. No server. No bank connection. No analytics, tracking, or advertising of any kind. You enter your own figures and they stay on your device. Because your data lives on your device rather than in someone's cloud, you can export all of it to a file whenever you like — to your Files app, iCloud Drive, or straight to another device — and import it back on a new phone or your iPad There's currently no automatic sync between iPhone and iPad TRY IT PROPERLY FIRST Free for 90 days, with a planning window fixed from the day you install: one month back, three months ahead Premium is a single payment — no subscription, ever. It lifts the planning window to a rolling thirteen months ahead and three months back for editing, with two years of history. If the trial ends and you'd rather not buy, nothing is deleted. Your entries are read-only
