Trainlog plans your workouts, logs every set, and shows you exactly how much stronger you are getting. Your training data never leaves your phone. BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR Big buttons. Three taps to log a set. A rest timer that starts by itself. No adverts, no feed, no account to create β open it, log it, get on with your set. A PLAN THAT FITS YOU Answer a few questions β your goal, where you train, how many days a week β and Trainlog builds a plan around them. Train at a gym, at home with dumbbells, or with nothing but your own body weight. Change anything you like: rename days, swap exercises, add your own. Around 50 exercises come with clear instructions and one coaching cue each, so you always know how a movement should feel. LOG A SET IN THREE TAPS Trainlog remembers what you lifted last time, so most sets are just one press of save. Weight moves in real gym increments: 0.5 kg or 2.5 lbs. Mistyped something? Fix or delete any set you have logged. After every set a rest timer counts down on its own β add 30 seconds or skip it. SEE REAL PROGRESS Pick any exercise and any period β month, quarter, year, or everything. You get what you actually want to know: β’ What you lifted at the start of the period β’ What you lift now β’ Your growth as a percentage β’ Your estimated one-rep max, so lifting heavier and doing more reps both count β’ Your all-time record β’ How many weeks in a row you have trained β’ Which muscle groups you have been quietly skipping ON YOUR WRIST Log sets from your Apple Watch without touching your phone. Pick your training day, log weight and reps, and let the rest timer run down on your wrist. Everything syncs both ways. KEEP SCORE Playing padel, football or basketball afterwards? Trainlog keeps score on your phone or from your wrist. Padel uses real scoring β 15, 30, 40, and two clear points to win from deuce. YOUR DATA IS YOURS There is no account and no server. Everything lives in an encrypted database on your phone, and we cannot see any of it. Exporting a backup is free and always will be β optionally protected with a passphrase only you know β because your training history should never be locked in. Want it all gone? One button deletes everything, permanently. FREE AND PREMIUM Free: your profile, your plan, logging sets, the rest timer, personal records, and exporting your data. Premium (β¬1.99/month or β¬21.99/year) adds the Apple watch app, the progress analysis, restoring a backup onto a new phone, and match scores. Cancel any time in App Store settings. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS Trainlog Premium is an auto-renewable subscription: β¬1.99 per month or β¬21.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
