TimeAndDistance is a simple, no-frills running companion: a repeating interval timer on top, a live GPS distance tracker on the bottom. Set your run and rest lengths with the +/- steppers (15-second increments) and let it repeat automatically, with a countdown beep and a strong vibration on every interval cycle change while you're using the app. If your phone is locked or the app is backgrounded, you'll still get an alert for each interval switch via a notification. Track your distance in miles or kilometers as you go, and set a mileage goal to get an alert the moment you hit it. Your last 10 runs (time and distance) are saved right on your phone so you can glance back at recent progress. No account, no ads, no data collection — everything stays on your device. Repeating run/rest interval timer, adjustable in 15-second steps Countdown beeps and vibration on every interval cycle change, even backgrounded Live GPS mileage tracking that keeps working with the screen off Mileage goal alerts Elapsed-time view alongside the interval countdown Last 10 runs saved locally Miles or kilometers, your choice
