Keep follow-ups organized Create and manage To-Dos, review commitments extracted from recordings, and open the source evidence. Employee timelines and attendance indicators help you review context before a conversation. Work in English or Spanish Enable Spanish mode for the interface and new-note output. Speak English, Spanish or both while keeping the original transcript available. Stay in control AI processing uses OpenAI with your explicit permission. You can change that choice in Settings. Review and edit AI-prepared content before relying on it. Access follows your organization's permissions and account limits. Sign in with the provided review account to see a fictional team and its notes. A new manager can also create an account from the welcome screen. Organization administration, capture-button customization, subscriptions, and account deletion are handled on the website. The iPhone app does not sell a subscription.

From answering a question to resolving a request, AI agents handle the routine tasks working alongside your team that provides the human touch. Eltropy’s Mobile app puts your institution's office phone system on your smartphone. When a consumer calls, they don't have to wait until you're back at your desk. What you can do: • Make and take business calls through your Eltropy account. • Put a caller on hold while you check something, mute yourself, switch to speaker, or use the keypad to get through a phone menu. • Your phone alerts you when a call comes in. • Find a contact or call someone back from your recent calls without looking up the number. • Set your availability, and turn on Do Not Disturb when you're with a consumer or done for the day. • Sign in with the login your institution has approved. Built for every team: Whether you're helping consumers at a branch, working in the back office, or taking calls from home, you're on the same phone system as the rest of your team. Getting started: Eltropy’s Mobile app is for staff at credit unions and community banks that use Eltropy. Your institution needs mobile app access, and your administrator decides who can sign in. Ask them to set you up. If you're looking for your own banking app, search for your credit union or bank by name. Some features depend on how your institution has set up Eltropy. Note: This app requires an active Eltropy account provided by your organization. It is intended for business use by employees of Eltropy's Credit Union and financial-institution customers, and is not a consumer product. You'll need your organization's domain and sign-in credentials to use the app.
