After your first logged week, you already know how many sets and reps to do in the gym and what weight to lift. No more guessing when to add weight: the adaptive engine recalculates your load after every workout, and Milon, your AI coach, explains why it is set that way. Your readiness to train is assessed by modern, evidence-based algorithms. They weigh many signals from your watch and fitness tracker through Apple Health and compare them with your personal norm. Milon knows far more about your training than a generic AI chat: he follows your progress, nutrition and recovery and knows the exercises, so his answers are more precise. Torva brings everything a person who does sports needs into one app: training, nutrition, recovery, a community and monthly activity challenges. It is the most thoughtful calorie and recovery tracker for people who do sports. In the September challenge, 74 people walked 7.6 million steps together and rode more than 1,800 km by bike. TRAINING WITH AUTO-PROGRESSION • Training blocks from 4 weeks, up to 8 with PRO: the load builds to a peak week, and the last week is light so you recover before the next block • If fatigue builds up and you do fewer reps, the weight goes down • Weekly volume per muscle and set history for every exercise • Joint-pain swaps and custom exercises RECOVERY, EVERY MORNING • A clear answer instead of a pile of numbers: train hard, ease off or rest • If your recovery stays below your norm for several days, Torva suggests it is time for a break • Apple Health sync in both directions • Body weight as a trend, measurements and progress photos MILON, YOUR AI COACH (PRO) Why did your deadlift weight go up? Enough protein? Should you rest today? Milon answers from your training, nutrition and recovery. The adaptive engine calculates the load, and Milon explains it and gives advice. • Type your question or dictate it by voice • Log food from a description or a photo: Milon suggests foods and portions, and you check them before they go into your diary A CALORIE TARGET THAT ACCOUNTS FOR YOU • Calorie and macro diary with a barcode scanner • Save your regular meals and log them in one tap • A calorie target for your goal: losing weight, gaining muscle or maintaining. You can eat more on the days you choose • Once a week Torva compares what you eat with how your weight changes and suggests calories and macros for the next week. You decide whether to accept the new target or keep the current one COMMUNITY AND CHALLENGES The gym, a walk, a ride, a hike, a run or a swim. Save any activity, share photos, video and your route, follow your friends. • Comments, reactions and direct messages • Keep an activity to yourself or post it: your choice • Monthly activity challenges: points, leaderboards and achievements BUILT FOR THE PHONE YOU TRAIN WITH • Live Activity and a widget for the workout in progress • A guide that explains mesocycles, reps in reserve (RIR), progressive overload, deloads and volume: the reasoning behind every number in the app PRO includes the chat with Milon and food logging with his help, training blocks up to 8 weeks, unlimited mesocycles, program sharing, heart rate zones, video in the feed and more.
