Interval Timer is a simple, colorful workout timer for HIIT, Tabata, circuit training, boxing rounds and any workout built from rounds of work and rest, on your phone and on your Apple Watch. It times every round, keeps every workout, and turns it into a card you can share. No account and no sign-up needed. Set your series, train time and rest time, then press start. Big numbers and a full-screen color for every phase mean you can read the timer from across the room, mid-burpee, without reaching for your glasses. TRACK AND SHARE EVERY WORKOUT - See your run or ride on a real map, the route painted in the color of each interval - Distance, pace, average and max speed, and steps for the whole workout - Every interval on its own: heart rate, speed and pace for each sprint and each rest - Your week and month at a glance in the Activity tab, with your training streak - Share a workout as a card for your story: over your photo, over the map, or live from the camera - Finished workouts go to Apple Health BUILD ANY WORKOUT - Repeat blocks you can nest, for rounds within rounds - Custom phases, each with its own name, color, sound and vibration - Distance phases: run 400 m instead of 2 minutes - Drag and drop to reorder phases, blocks and saved timers - Save workouts as presets and start them in one tap - Share a timer with a friend through a link or a QR code TRAIN WITH THE SCREEN OFF A colored notification keeps counting while the phone is in your pocket: current phase, time remaining, and quick pause, stop and skip controls, with a heads-up alert at every phase change. Nothing stops when the screen does. A REAL WEAR OS APP Not a remote control. Build and run interval timers on the watch itself, with heart rate, calories and GPS distance on your wrist, an ongoing activity on your watch face and a vibration at every phase change, so you can train with your phone at home. Workouts from the watch land in your history on the phone. MADE FOR - HIIT and Tabata workouts - Circuit training and CrossFit style WODs - EMOM and AMRAP rounds - Boxing, MMA and jump rope rounds - Running, track and cycling intervals - Kettlebell, dumbbell and bodyweight sets - Stretching, mobility and yoga holds - Physio and rehabilitation exercises - Pomodoro study and focus sessions ONE TIMER, EVERY SPORT As a HIIT timer it counts work and rest for you so you never check the clock mid-round. As a Tabata timer the classic 20/10 for eight rounds is two taps away. As a boxing round timer it calls three-minute rounds with a minute between them. As a running interval timer it counts your sprints and recoveries, or the meters, and shows each one on the map afterwards. Keep training with the screen off: the timer keeps running in the background and alerts you at every phase change. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Shared cards leave out the first and last 200 m of a route, so they never show where you live. Your routes are never sold, never used for ads and never used to train AI. FREE TO START, PRO WHEN YOU WANT MORE The timer is free to use. Interval Timer Pro removes the ads, saves unlimited timers (the free plan keeps up to 3), and backs up your timers, history and personal sounds to every device you use. It also supports an independent developer.
