Dictation Notes
Read full descriptionHide full description
Dictation Notes turns meetings, interviews, and sales calls you are actually in into live text โ and suggests a short line you can say next. Use it for conversations you take part in, and only with any consent the law requires. This is a personal meeting notebook and reply coach, not a tool for recording others in secret. You bring your own speech-to-text and AI API keys. Keys, history, and recordings stay on your iPhone or Mac. The app has no hosted AI credits, no developer backend, and no built-in keys. On-device dictation works without an API key and stays free. Cloud transcription, optional live translation, and AI replies can be tried 20 times, then a one-time lifetime unlock. This is not a subscription. What you can do โข See the conversation as text while you stay in the room โข Ask for a reply, a summary, a critique, an explanation, or a quick prediction โข Set a goal, background notes, and speaking style for this session โข Keep history and local recordings on the device โข Use 13 interface languages on iPhone and Mac โข Connect common AI and speech providers, or your own compatible chat completions API Please record, transcribe, or summarize only where it is legal and you have any required consent. Audio and text may be sent to the providers you configure.
SubcueAI
Read full descriptionHide full description
SubcueAI is an AI interview assistant. It listens to the question, transcribes it as it is asked, and drafts an answer you can read while you speak โ in live interviews and in unlimited mock practice. Listen mode โ your second screen in a live interview Take the interview on your computer (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams) with the speaker on and keep your iPhone next to it. SubcueAI listens through the microphone, transcribes what is said, and drafts an answer whenever you tap Get answer โ off camera and outside any shared screen. iOS does not let an app hear a call running on the same phone, so the interview always plays on another device. Practice with an AI interviewer Mock mode plays the interviewer: it asks an opening question grounded in your resume and the job description, listens to your spoken answer, and follows up on what you actually said. Questions keep coming until you end the session โ no fixed script, no fixed count. Know what to fix Every session is saved with its full transcript and an AI scorecard: an overall score, what landed, and the gaps worth closing before the next interview. Your material, in context Upload your resume as a PDF and paste the job description. Both feed the questions you are asked and the answers you are given. You can also build a resume from scratch in the app and export it. 27 languages Ask in one language and answer in another, or let SubcueAI detect the interviewer's language for you. The whole interface is translated too. Built to be disclosed Before a Listen session starts, SubcueAI asks you to confirm that you will tell the interviewer you are using a live captioning and AI assistance tool. Use it the way you would any other assistive tool โ openly. Privacy Before your first session, SubcueAI shows you exactly what leaves your device, which AI providers receive it, and asks for your permission. Audio is streamed to cloud speech-to-text providers for transcription and is not retained after the session. No video is ever captured. Everything travels over TLS. Transcripts are stored in your account only so you can review them, and you can delete your account โ and everything in it โ from Settings at any time. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. - SubcueAI Pro โ monthly or yearly - SubcueAI Premium โ monthly or yearly Prices are shown in your local currency before you subscribe.
