Spoon Manager is an easy-to-use energy tracker based on Spoon Theory. Check in on your energy each morning and night, record what you do, spot your patterns, and plan your day with confidence. Whether you're managing chronic illness, chronic pain, fatigue, ME/CFS, autism, ADHD, or anything else that affects your energy, Spoon Manager helps you stay in control. It's a calm, native app for iPhone and iPad β€” no accounts, no ads, no tracking. Everything stays on your device. WHAT'S INSIDE β€’ Morning & night check-ins. Each morning, log how many spoons you're starting with; each night, log what's left. See how your days really go instead of guessing β€” and catch a low patch before it becomes a crash. β€’ An optional pulse reading. Rest a fingertip on the camera for a wearable-free resting heart-rate check-in β€” a wellness reading, not a medical measurement. No watch or band required. β€’ To-dos that meet your brain halfway. Break a big task into small steps, name the first move, jot why it matters, add a reward, and estimate the time β€” with dates, reminders, and repeats. β€’ Habits, your way. Count-based or simple, shown as a visual heatmap with streaks that forgive a rest day. β€’ Routines. Run a morning or wind-down routine step by step, at your own pace. β€’ A daily journal. A calm space to reflect, with a one-tap mood check-in, "what shaped today" factors, gratitude, and a morning intention. β€’ Calendar. Day, week, and month views with your Apple Calendar β€” and, if you like, your Google Calendar β€” shown right alongside your day. β€’ Goals. Link the to-dos and habits that move a goal and watch its progress bar fill. β€’ See your patterns. Charts bring your energy, mood, and habits together so you can spot what helps and what drains you. β€’ Build-your-own home. Arrange and resize a dashboard of widgets, plus home-screen and lock-screen widgets for your spoons and your week. β€’ Make it yours. Color themes with light and dark mode, an optional Face ID lock, and journal export anytime. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Spoon Manager is built to need none of your data. There are no accounts, no server, no ads, and no analytics or tracking SDKs. Everything you create stays on your device. The one time Spoon Manager goes online is if you choose to connect Google Calendar β€” a read-only link that shows your events in the app and never sends your data to us. Made by a small independent developer.

About

FocusOrbit

Features

Focus Orbit is an iPhone focus timer that turns your concentration time into a spaceflight experience. It includes two modes: β€œCustom Flight,” which works as a standard focus timer, and β€œPlanet Roadmap,” where you advance from Earth to the Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto as you accumulate focus time. One of the app’s strongest features is its β€œMission Pass” boarding sequence before each session begins. Instead of simply tapping a start button, the user slides their mission pass to the right and physically feeds it through the on-screen scanner to authorize the flight. This makes the moment you begin focusing feel intentional, immersive, and memorable. Before each session, users choose their task, duration, and destination, then scan their mission pass to start the flight. Once the journey begins, the app avoids unnecessary interaction and lets users stay focused inside a calm, space-themed environment. After the session ends, the destination reached and focus record are saved to the flight log, making it easy to reflect on steady progress over time. In Planet Roadmap mode, focus time carries over continuously instead of resetting each time, allowing users to keep moving deeper into the solar system. Planets that can be landed on include landing, authorization, and liftoff sequences, while non-landable planets are passed through with flyby sequences, giving users a stronger sense of progress and achievement as they continue studying or working. Focus Orbit is designed to create immersion and a sense of momentum without losing the core purpose of a focus timer. It transforms studying, reading, creative work, and deep tasks into a quiet, cinematic journey through space.
