PEAK Mobility is the training app for clients of PEAK Mobility, a strength-based mobility studio in Dubai. If your coach has set you up with an account, this is where your training lives. Your assessment results, your personal program, your session homework, and a direct line to your coach, all in one place. WHAT YOU CAN DO Follow your program See exactly what to train today, with clear instructions and video for every movement. No guessing, no generic routines. Your program is built for your body from your assessment. Understand your assessment View your Functional Range Assessment results in plain language. See which joints are limited, what that means for the way you move day to day, and what you are working toward. Train with video guidance Follow along with your coach's movement library. Every drill includes a demonstration, coaching cues and the prescription, so you can train correctly at home. Log your sessions Mark work as complete, note how it felt, and flag anything that caused discomfort. Your coach sees it and adjusts your plan. Message your coach Ask a question between sessions and get an answer from the person who actually wrote your program. Track real progress Watch your ranges change over time with retests, milestones and check-ins, so improvement is something you can see rather than guess at. WHO IT IS FOR PEAK Mobility is for existing clients of the studio. Access is provided by your coach, so you will need an invitation to sign in.
