Golf Wind shows you the wind at the height your ball actually flies — not the wind on your face. Every forecast blends the surface reading with the wind higher up, where a well-struck shot spends most of its time. That's usually stronger, and often from a different direction than what you feel standing over the ball. TWO WAYS TO READ IT Arrow view — a single glance shows the wind relative to where you're aiming, with speed and a plays-like distance ladder. Map view — satellite imagery with wind arrows drifting across the hole, so you can see what's happening before you get there. BUILT AROUND THE RULES OF GOLF Wind from a forecast is permitted during a round. Plays-like distances are not. Tournament mode hides them and shows wind only, so the same app works for a casual four-ball and a card-and-pencil round. NO ACCOUNTS, NO TRACKING, NO ADS Golf Wind doesn't ask for your email, doesn't have a login, and doesn't track you between sessions. It reads your location to fetch the forecast and nothing else.
