Liftset is the fast, no-clutter workout tracker built for lifters who want to log a set and get back under the bar — not fight with their phone between reps. Built around the Push/Pull/Legs (PPL) split, Liftset turns your training into structured progress: quick logging, an automatic rest timer and real strength analytics — all offline, with no account required. Your data stays on your device • Speaks your language — the whole app, including exercise names, is available in more than 70 languages FEATURES • Push/Pull/Legs workout flow plus unlimited custom exercises • Workout templates: save your favourite day and start it with one tap • Supersets with a shared rest timer • Warm-up sets, RPE and notes for every exercise • Plate calculator and 1RM calculator • Body weight log with trend chart • Home Screen widget with your streak and next workout • Resume an unfinished workout exactly where you left off • kg / lb, light and dark theme • Backup to Files / iCloud Drive or Google Drive LIFTSET PRO • Unlimited workout history • Advanced analysis: push/pull/legs balance, muscle group distribution, plateau and deload alerts • Extra streak freezes and an ad-free experience Liftset Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. LogSet is a simple workout log for gym machine weights, sets, reps and body weight. Count every set on iPhone or Apple Watch, rest on time, then follow your progress with charts, a calendar and a clear history table. WORKOUT MODE • Start a workout from your template; today's date is selected for you • Weight and reps come prefilled from the same set last time, so a set that matches is one tap • Large − and + buttons, no keyboard needed; tap a number to type it • Rest timer between sets with +30 s and skip • Rest alarm that can ring even in silent mode (iOS 26 or later) • Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island with the countdown and your next set • Summary with sets, volume, duration and new records APPLE WATCH • Count sets from your wrist and enter the weight of each set • Rest timer with a double haptic alert when it is time for the next set • Stops at your planned sets and moves on to the next exercise • Sessions are sent to your iPhone, where you can add reps later FEATURES • Create and organize your own workout templates and exercises • Record weights, optional sets and reps, and session notes • Choose kilograms or pounds • Explore progress charts, training volume and personal records • Review workout days and your weekly streak • Export JSON backups or CSV files, and import JSON backups • Back up saved workouts to your own iCloud Drive and restore a snapshot when needed • Optionally read and write body weight with Apple Health • View a compact workout summary with Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets • Use LogSet on iPhone and iPad, with support for larger text and accessibility PRIVACY No account, no ads and no tracking. The developer does not collect your workout or Health data. Workouts are stored on your device; automatic iCloud backup can be turned off in Settings. iCloud backup stores separate snapshots, not live cross-device syncing. Apple Health access is optional and limited to body weight. Health readings are suggestions and are not automatically saved or backed up. Start with your own template on a fresh installation. Your existing workouts are preserved when you update.
