Calsheet is a calorie counter, macro tracker, and food diary in one — completely free, with no ads, no subscriptions, and no account required. Scan barcodes, search a global food database, track protein, fat, and carbs against a daily calorie budget, and keep a weight journal — even fully offline. WORKS FULLY OFFLINE Your diary lives on your device in a local database. Log meals anywhere, with or without a connection. Signing in is optional and adds exactly one thing: sync across your devices. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE • Calorie ring showing consumed and remaining against your daily budget • Protein, fat, and carb progress bars • Meals grouped by breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks • Day-by-day navigation through your diary • A Home Screen widget keeps the day in sight • Optional quiet reminders: one while the day is still open, one the next morning LOG FOOD IN SECONDS • Search over 2 million products from Open Food Facts, plus USDA data for plain foods • Scan package barcodes with the camera • Pick from your personal food library or create custom foods • Quick-add plain calories when you just need a number RECIPES THAT DO THE MATH • Build recipes from ingredients with automatic per-100g nutrition • Cooked-weight adjustment handles soups and stews, where water changes the numbers A GOAL THAT FITS YOU • The TDEE wizard turns your sex, birth year, height, weight, activity level, and goal (lose, maintain, or gain) into a daily calorie budget split into protein, fat, and carb targets • Every number can be edited manually in Settings SEE THE TREND • 30-day charts of calories and macros • Weight journal to log body weight over time LOG MEALS BY CHATTING WITH CLAUDE Connect Calsheet to the Claude assistant and type "two eggs and toast for breakfast" — it becomes a diary entry with macros. Works through claude.ai connectors and requires a Claude account. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No tracking identifiers, no analytics, no ads, no crash reporting • Without an account, nothing leaves your device except food database lookups — and those carry no account or diary data • Optional sign-in only adds cross-device sync NO DATA LOCK-IN • One tap exports your whole diary, food library, and settings to a JSON file • Restore on any device • Delete your account in-app at any time — immediate and irreversible COMPLETELY FREE No paywalls, no locked features, no in-app purchases. A calm ledger for what you eat, in light or dark — in English, Russian, Spanish, German, French, and Portuguese. Calsheet helps you keep track. The rest is up to you. Check-In: Macros keeps calorie and macro tracking deliberately simple. Set your own daily calories, protein, carbs, and fat targets—or start with an editable maintenance, cut, or bulk estimate. Add meals manually, search for a food by name, scan a barcode or nutrition label, or choose a saved meal. See where today stands, review your week, and look back over time. When you have a nutrition label to hand, optionally photograph it and let the on-device scanner read calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat. Common international wording, units, serving bases, and per-100 g or per-100 ml labels are supported locally. Choose the printed serving or enter how much you ate; totals scale to your portion. Edit a logged meal's amount later and its calories and macros recalculate automatically. Search generic foods offline from the catalog bundled with the app. Search packaged brands online through Open Food Facts when you tap Search. Results show their source and nutrition per 100 g; review the values and enter the amount eaten before saving. Manual meals can include an optional amount in g, ml, oz, servings, packs, or pieces. There is no account, developer-operated server, or advertising tracker. Your entries stay on your device, with optional local reminders, widgets, and write-only Apple Health saving. Optional packaged-food search sends the submitted search term directly to Open Food Facts; barcode lookup sends the scanned code there as well. Ordinary connection metadata is also visible to that service. Generic-food searches use the on-device catalog. Review external results before saving; approved barcode-bearing results are cached locally for offline reuse. Apple Health access is optional; the app never reads your existing Health data or sends it anywhere. The guided numbers are starting estimates, not medical advice or a promise of a particular result. Adjust them as your real trend and circumstances change. If you are pregnant, under 18, managing a condition, or recovering from an eating disorder, speak with a qualified professional first.
