RunPulse is a running coach that lives in your pocket. Answer a few questions and it builds a training plan around your goal, your level and the days you can actually run โ€” then adapts that plan every week based on how your runs really went. HOW IT WORKS 1. Set your goal - Pick 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon, weight loss or simply staying fit. 2. Get your plan - RunPulse builds a week-by-week schedule that fits your schedule, not a generic template. 3. Run with GPS - Live pace, distance, splits and your route drawn on the map as you go. 4. Let it adapt - Miss a run or smash a tempo session? Next week's plan changes accordingly. FEATURES GPS Run Tracking Accurate distance, pace and route recording with automatic pause when you stop at a crossing. Keeps recording with the screen off and your phone in your pocket. A Live Activity on the Lock Screen shows your run without unlocking. Training Plans That Adapt Your plan is built from your goal, current fitness, weekly availability and any injury history you tell us about. Easy runs, tempo work, intervals, long runs, strength sessions and rest days are all scheduled for you. AI Running Coach Ask anything in plain language: whether you are ready for race day, what to do about a sore knee, how to fuel before a long run. The coach knows your recent training and answers in context. Voice Announcements Hear your split time, distance and pace at every kilometre or mile without touching your phone. Your music simply ducks for the announcement. Every Split, Every Detail After each run: kilometre splits, pace and elevation charts, heart-rate zones, calories, elevation gain and a cinematic replay of your route. Progress You Can See Full run history grouped by month, an eight-week distance chart, personal records for longest run, best pace and biggest week, plus streaks and achievements. Nothing is hidden or deleted. Share Cards Turn any run into an image worth posting. Post, story and square formats, your route on a map, and a privacy toggle to hide the map when you would rather not share where you ran. Apple Health Import your body data and past runs so your first plan already fits you, and write every finished run back to Health as a workout with its route. Daily Step Counter Your steps are counted all day, not just while you run. See today's total against your own daily goal, a 7-day chart, walking distance and flights climbed, and keep a streak going. Apple Watch steps are included, and every run summary now shows your step count and cadence. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE Runs, plans, records and coach conversations are stored on your device, not on our servers. No account and no sign-up: you open the app and start running. SUBSCRIPTION Always free: GPS run tracking, your training plan, full run history and all your stats. RunPulse PRO unlocks unlimited AI coach chat, unlimited plan adaptation, recovery score and training load insight, pace and elevation analysis with heart-rate zones, fueling plans for long runs, and story and square share cards. Choose weekly, yearly or a one-time lifetime purchase. The yearly plan saves 88 percent compared to weekly. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://alperenciftlikci.github.io/runpulse-website/privacy-policy.html Whether you are lacing up for the first time, chasing a first 5K, or working toward a marathon personal best, RunPulse gives you a plan that listens and a coach that answers.

About

StartRunning

Features

From the couch to thirty minutes of continuous running in nine weeks. No experience needed, no gear, and no prior idea of what "interval training" means. StartRunning takes you through 27 workouts, three a week. Each one opens with five minutes of brisk walking and ends with five minutes of cooling down. In between, running and walking alternate โ€” at first one minute of running, ninety seconds of walking. By week nine you run for half an hour without stopping. WHAT GUIDES YOU โ€ข Spoken coaching tells you when to run and when to walk. You never have to look at your phone. โ€ข Tones and vibration for every change โ€” even with music in your ears and the phone in your pocket. โ€ข A screen you can read in one second: one huge number, two buttons, nothing else. โ€ข GPS records your route and works out distance, pace and kilometre splits. โ€ข Your history shows every run with its map; the progress grid shows the whole plan at a glance. THREE LEVELS OF COACHING Voice and tones, vibration only, or nothing at all. Switchable mid-run โ€” for the day you run with someone and still want to feel the interval change. YOU SET THE PACE All 27 workouts can be started and repeated at any time. Nothing is locked, nothing pushes you. If a week feels too fast, run it again. If you end a workout early, the time you ran still counts โ€” only the plan doesn't move on. CUSTOM WORKOUTS You set total duration, run interval and walk break; the app works out the rest. For after the plan, or for the day you have something else in mind. WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO No ads. No subscription. No sign-up. No account. No tracking, no analytics, nothing shared with anyone. Your data stays on your device. What you export, you export yourself โ€” as a backup file or as GPX. If you want, the app writes your workouts to Apple Health; that is off by default. Training and all your data work completely offline. Only the map view loads tiles from the network. ACCESSIBILITY Every interval type is signalled by word, icon, colour and vibration pattern โ€” never by colour alone. The app holds up at triple system text size and respects the reduce-motion setting. WHAT IT COSTS The first 9 workouts are free โ€” about three weeks of training, with everything included. After that you unlock everything once: all three plans, custom workouts, for good. No subscription, no follow-up costs. Your history stays open either way, unlocked or not.
