RoundFlow is the round timer you can pay for once and keep forever, and it doesn't kill your music. It keeps timing with the screen locked, ducks your music for the bell, then hands the volume straight back. Start Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube Music, hit START, lock the phone and train. Your playlist never stops. A COACH IN YOUR CORNER • A real recorded coach voice calls your rounds, rests and the final "3-2-1" • Combo calls shout live combinations — "Jab, cross, hook!" • Bell, coach voice and haptics — or switch to a built-in system voice INTERVALS INSIDE THE ROUND • Split any round into hard and easy bursts — 10 seconds hard, 10 seconds pace, nine times, inside a 3-minute round • The bell still means the round. The switches are a short tick, high going in hard, low going easy — not 200 bells a session • The ring turns amber while you ease off, so you can read it from across the gym without counting • A longer break every fourth or eighth round, on top of the normal rest • One toggle and three numbers to set up, or start from a ready-made Burst Rounds, Sprint Rounds or Long Session HANDS-FREE WHEN THE GLOVES ARE ON • Hold a hand over the top of the phone for a second to pause, and again to carry on • Or say "Pause RoundFlow" to Siri — no glove comes off either way BUILT FOR EVERY ROUND • Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, kickboxing, taekwondo, karate, CrossFit, HIIT, Tabata, sprints & running • Two custom profiles free, unlimited with Pro: rounds, round time, rest, warm-up, cool-down and warning • A big, glanceable timer ring you can read from across the gym RUN & SPRINT • Roadwork — a GPS run tracker built for fighters: distance, pace, kilometre splits and a goal for the session • Sprints — interval sprint sessions with the same bell, coach voice and rest countdown as your rounds • Every run lands in the same training log as your rounds MADE TO SHARE • Workout DNA — every session draws a one-of-a-kind piece of art from your training, ready for Instagram Stories • Your RoundFlow Year — a Wrapped-style recap of everything you've put in • Challenge a friend — send any workout as a link, then compare your scores TRAIN TOGETHER • Group sessions in perfect sync — everyone hears the bell at the same moment • Present mode — mirror the timer to a TV or projector for the whole class TRAIN WITHOUT LOOKING • Live Activity & Dynamic Island keep the round live on your Lock Screen • Apple Watch companion — a haptic on every bell, plus live heart rate, punch count and Effort Score. Leave the phone in your bag • Runs in the background with the screen off TRACK YOUR WORK • An automatic training log of every session, with a calendar and streaks • Stats: total workouts, time on the mat, weekly activity and trends • Earn belts and badges as you put in the rounds RoundFlow Pro unlocks unlimited profiles, the recorded coach voice and combo calls, the full Apple Watch experience (heart rate, punch tracking and Effort Score), group hosting, and complete stats and trends. Try Pro free for 7 days, or unlock everything forever with a one-time Lifetime purchase. The only timer that lets your music play. Ring the bell. Reti Interval Timer
Read full descriptionHide full description
Reti is an interval timer that calls the rounds over your music instead of cutting it, and puts the clock on a TV so a whole room can run from one phone. SIX WAYS TO RUN A CLOCK Intervals, Tabata, EMOM, AMRAP, For Time and a lap Stopwatch. Four timers are ready on the first screen — Tabata 20/10 × 8, 45/15 × 10, EMOM × 10 and AMRAP 12:00 — and five preset workouts are built from a 40-movement bodyweight library: legs, core, upper body, cardio and static holds. No equipment. CUES OVER YOUR MUSIC A rising pair for work, a falling pair for rest, a 3-2-1 before each change — mixed in over whatever you're playing, so you know the phase without a glance and your podcast keeps going. Silent mode buzzes instead and keeps the screen on. ON THE TV AirPlay or a cable puts a ten-foot readout on the big screen: the phase fills the whole screen in color, the digits are sized for the back of the room, and the phone in your pocket keeps running the class. HANDS-OFF WHILE IT RUNS The whole screen is the button — tap anywhere to pause. Stop lives behind pause, so a sweaty thumb can't end a session by accident. Coach-mode rests wait for you to say GO, so a rest lasts as long as the load on the bar needs. Siri runs it too: "Hey Siri, start my workout in Reti," pause, resume, stop, skip — no setup. The lock screen and Dynamic Island show the phase, the digits and the round, with pause and resume without unlocking. A PLAN THAT FITS YOUR WEEK Coach, part of Reti Pro, asks five questions: what you're after, how many days, what you've got to train with, anything to work around, and whether there's a date. Then it builds a block, eight weeks or four to twelve if you're working to a date. Each session lands on Home ready to run. Rate how a session went and the weeks ahead can adjust. Away from your gym for a week? Change your equipment in Settings: this week and the rest of the plan follow, and the weeks you've done stay as they were. Reset the plan any time. Your Log stays. A LOG THAT COUNTS WORK Work time only — rest, get-ready and pauses aren't counted. Sessions and your day streak. Export everything as JSON. Delete everything in two taps. FREE, AND RETI PRO Free keeps every mode, every cue, the TV, Siri, three saved custom timers and 30 days of history — forever. Reti Pro adds Coach, 50 saved custom timers and your whole history. It is a yearly subscription with a one-week free trial, and it renews each year until you cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Built for the largest accessibility text sizes and VoiceOver. No account. No ads. Nothing leaves your phone. Verdict
RoundFlow and Reti Interval Timer are too close to call on the numbers: across 5 compared parameters — price, ads, in-app purchases and device support among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.

Both are free to download. RoundFlow sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Reti Interval Timer sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $7.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
