Psst is a shared shopping list that remembers what things cost. Photograph a receipt and the lines come back structured, each one showing a crop of the actual row it was read from. Add tomatoes next week and it tells you what they cost last time, and where. Underneath it is a proper shared list, at home and at work. Everyone sees every change as it happens. No more screenshots of a notes app, no more "did you already buy the milk?" texts. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Photograph a receipt and it files every line with its price and shop. - Make a list for anything: groceries, chores, packing, errands, a project, an event. - Share it with family, a partner, roommates, or your team, free, with real collaboration. - See changes live as people add and check things off. - Assign items to people, with reminders that actually fire. - Sort by what's due today so the right things float to the top. - Search across every list to find an item fast. - Works fully offline: add and tick items with no signal, everything syncs when you're back. WHAT IT REMEMBERS, AND WHEN IT KEEPS QUIET Reading a receipt is the easy half. Most of the work went into refusing to report a price change it cannot stand behind. - Lines it is unsure about are marked for you rather than quietly saved. - Every line shows a crop of the row it came from, so a correction is a glance instead of a re-read of the paper. - Two prices measured in different units are never compared at all. A 500g pack against a per-kilo price makes a clean, credible, entirely invented "up 100%". - Comparison is on unit price, never the line total. Buying the 2kg bag instead of the 1kg one is not a price rise. - Price history is built from your own receipts. It is not a price comparison service and knows nothing about shops you have not shopped at. REAL COLLABORATION, BUILT IN (AND FREE) Most to-do apps are made for one person, with sharing bolted on later. Psst is built to share from the start, and the depth is free: - Roles: invite people as editors or viewers, so the wrong change can't happen. - Activity feed: see who added, checked off, or edited what, and when. - Comments on any item: decide right next to the task, not in a separate chat. - Approvals: turn them on and a collaborator ticking something off waits for the owner to approve it. - Live presence: see how many people are in a list, and who is editing an item as they type. BUILT FOR THE WAY YOU ACTUALLY PLAN - Couples: a shared grocery list, errands, the move, the trip. - Families: the running shopping list, the chore rota, the school run, the meal plan. - Roommates: who's buying what, shared bills, the cleaning schedule. - Work and teams: a lightweight shared checklist without the project-management overhead. - Travel and events: a packing list everyone adds to, a day-of run sheet. MORE THAN A CHECKLIST - Due dates and reminders, including recurring tasks (daily, weekly, monthly). - Sections to group items, plus a board view when you would rather see columns. - Calendar sync so due dates land where you already look. - Quick-add that understands plain language. - Themes, and unlimited lists on Pro. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your lists are yours. A list is only visible to the people you share it with. No ads, no tracking, no selling your data. Free to use with real sharing, not a crippled demo. Go Pro, or grab the one-time lifetime deal, when you want unlimited lists and more collaborators. Stop texting each other your to-do lists. Make one in Psst, share it, and watch it stay in sync. Psst Pro and Psst Family are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it any time in your Apple ID account settings. Your mind is for having ideas, not for holding every reminder. UTTER IN is a place to put a thought the moment you have it โ€” spoken or typed โ€” and then stop carrying it. Say "lunch with Khaled on Thursday at 4" and it comes back as a plan with the person, the day and the time already in place, waiting for you to say yes. NOTHING HAPPENS UNTIL YOU APPROVE IT This is the whole product, and it is not a setting you can turn off. Every thought you capture comes back as a Review Card: what it understood, who it involves, when it happens, and โ€” just as importantly โ€” what it did not understand. You read it, correct anything wrong, and approve. Only then is anything saved or scheduled. The AI proposes. It never executes. WHAT IS MISSING IS SHOWN, NOT GUESSED If you said a day but not a time, the card says so and asks. It does not invent an hour and hope you do not notice. And when it can ask instead of making you type, it does. Say "at 4" without saying morning or afternoon and the card offers you both, as two taps. Dates, times and timezones are worked out by ordinary code rather than by a language model โ€” the part of this that must not be creative is not. ONE CAPTURE, SEVERAL THINGS Real thoughts are rarely one item. "Call the dentist and pick up the parcel before Friday" comes back as two cards, each with its own words underneath it, each approved on its own. SPEAK IT Tap the microphone and say it. You can speak English, Arabic, French, German, Italian or Spanish โ€” Gulf, Egyptian and Levantine dialects included โ€” and it comes back organized, in your own words. The app itself is in English. The original recording is deleted after it has been turned into text. You are told this at the moment you approve, before it happens. You keep the meaning, not the recording. WHAT IT HOLDS - Notes โ€” a thought parked for later - Tasks โ€” something to do - Reminders โ€” something that will ring - Plans โ€” something with a day and a time, including the ones you have not decided yet - Links โ€” a place or a page, saved where you will find it Undecided plans stay open. "We should get lunch sometime" is a real plan here, and it waits without nagging you to pick a date. TODAY, WITHOUT THE HUNTING Today shows what needs you today. Plans holds everything you have approved, searchable. An empty inbox is the point, not a failure. PRIVACY, IN PLAIN TERMS - We do not run analytics, tracking or advertising code of any kind โ€” none on the site, none in the app. - We do not use what you capture to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. - We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising. - No member of staff, the founder included, can read your captures. That is enforced by database permissions, not by a policy anybody could change their mind about. - Anything you delete goes to a trash you can restore from for 30 days, and is then gone. A voice recording used only for transcription is not used to identify you, and nothing here does speaker recognition. WHO IT IS FOR Anyone who has ever had a thought at the wrong moment โ€” driving, mid-meeting, almost asleep โ€” and lost it. It asks nothing of you except that you say the thing out loud. An account is required. You can create one in the app. Terms of Use: https://utterin.com/terms Privacy Policy: https://utterin.com/privacy
