Your first three steps determine your acceleration. Impulse tells you exactly what's happening in each one. Film your sprint in slow motion and Impulse automatically extracts the mechanics that matter: shin angle at ground contact, ground contact time, and flight time across each step. No lab equipment. No sensors. Just your iPhone. The same data that previously required a university motion capture lab is now in your pocket. THE SCIENCE When your shin is vertical at ground contact, force drives straight down — pushing you up, not forward. A forward shin angle redirects that force vector backward, converting it into horizontal velocity. Shin angle is the single biggest mechanical determinant of how fast you accelerate off the line. WHO IT'S FOR Sprinters, football players, basketball players, or any athlete who needs to be faster in their first few steps. If your first step matters, your mechanics matter. WHAT YOU GET Shin angle at each ground contact across your first three steps Ground contact and flight time per step Speed at each step calculated from your footage Session history to track improvement over time See how your mechanics correlate with your speed across sessions HOW IT WORKS Prop your phone at hip height from the side. Film your first 3-4 steps in slow motion. Impulse processes the footage and delivers a full mechanics breakdown in minutes.

RiseRep is the alarm clock you can't sleep through: it only stops when you've done your push-ups. HOW IT WORKS • Set your alarm. It rings like the Clock app — even on silent and in Focus. • Tap Start on the alarm and put your phone on the floor. • Your iPhone counts every push-up with on-device vision. Hit your number and you're up. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Reps are counted by Apple's Vision framework on your iPhone. No photo or video is ever stored or sent. • No account, no ads, no tracking. MISSIONS • Push-ups, squats, or mental math when you can't exercise. • Choose your reps (5–50). NO-ESCAPE MODE • Stop the alarm without finishing the mission and it rings again two minutes later — up to five times. iOS always lets you stop an alarm; RiseRep just makes sure you mean it. STREAKS • Track your wake-up streak, total reps and how fast you get out of bed. RISEREP PRO (OPTIONAL) Free includes one alarm with 10 push-ups. Pro adds unlimited alarms, squats and math missions, custom reps, no-escape mode and insights. • Pro Yearly with a 7-day free trial, Pro Monthly, or Pro Lifetime (one-time purchase). • Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. A free trial converts to a paid subscription at the price shown. • Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ • Privacy: https://riserep-app.vercel.app/privacy
