About

Advanced Stopwatch

A stopwatch is easy. Comparing each attempt to the time that matters is where it gets messy. Advanced Stopwatch is a focused stopwatch timer for repeatable activities: plank holds, breath holds, mobility work, practice drills, focus sessions, running intervals, high-intensity efforts, and personal challenges. Create a Benchmark Profile for each activity, start from zero, capture laps when one session has multiple attempts, and see how each result compares with your saved Benchmark. Use it as a lap timer for training intervals, a simple timer for repeatable drills, or a multi stopwatch for coaches and active people managing several profiles from one list. Built for quick controls, clear comparison, and the confidence that your time was measured accurately. Start From Zero Every Benchmark Run works like a true stopwatch, not a countdown timer. Start when the effort begins, pause without counting rest time, resume when you are ready, and stop when you decide what happens next. Compare Against Your Benchmark Set a Benchmark manually, adjust it by seconds or percent, or save a completed result as the new Benchmark. During a run, Advanced Stopwatch shows whether the current lap is under, at, or over the Benchmark, with alerts when the Benchmark is reached. Capture Laps And Intervals Need several attempts in one session? Capture laps as individual interval results. Each lap can be compared to the same Benchmark, and when the run ends you choose which result, if any, becomes the new Benchmark. Save Only What Matters When you stop, you stay in control. Save the result as the Benchmark, keep the run in history, discard an accidental attempt, or resume. Advanced Stopwatch does not silently replace your Benchmark or turn every run into a ranking. Review Progress Without The Clutter See recent results, benchmark changes, and simple charts for each Benchmark Profile. Run History keeps completed runs and benchmark updates together, so you can understand what changed without digging through a full training suite. Built For iPhone Timing - Live Activities and Dynamic Island support for focused active runs - Benchmark Alerts with optional sound, haptics, and notifications - Siri Shortcuts and App Intents for start, pause, resume, lap, stop, and Benchmark actions - Local-first storage for your profiles and Run History - Clear profile controls for starting, pausing, resuming, lapping, and stopping from the profile list Advanced Stopwatch is for people who repeat timed activities and want a simple, trustworthy way to track time, compare results, and keep the attempts that matter.
